Համալիրի գույքը վաճառվեց մեկ միլիարդով. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրի շենքը պետականացնելուց հետո ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչությունը ձեռք է բերել համալիրի ներսում գտնվող գույքը:
Ըստ կառավարության «Մեկ անձից կատարվող գնումներ» բաժնի՝ օրերս ստորագրվել է Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրի շարժական գույքի գնման պայմանագիրը: Այն ստորագրվել է պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Վահագն Հարությունյանի և «Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիր» ՓԲԸ–ի սնանկության գործով կառավարիչ Արսեն Չիտչյանի միջև:
Ըստ պայմանագրի՝ ՓԲԸ–ի սեփականությունը հանդիսացող 2564 միավոր գույքը պետգույքի կառավարման վարչությունը գնել է 1 միլիարդ 24 միլիոն 943 հազար 800 դրամով: Գույքի հանձնման վերջնաժամկետ է սահմանվել դեկտեմբերի 2–ը: Ըստ պայմանագրին կցված ցուցակի՝ վաճառվում է համալիրի ներսում գտնվող այն ամենը, ինչը հնարավոր է դուրս բերել շենքից, այդ թվում՝ աթոռներ, բարձեր, կախիչներ, նկարներ, կարի մեքենա, տրինաժորներ, հայելիներ և այլն: Այս շարքը բավական երկար է: Այս ամենի վաճառքից ստացված գումարով կփակվեն ընկերության պարտատերերի պարտքերը:
Միաժամանակ վաճառվել է համալիրի սեփականությունը հանդիսացող և Ծիծեռնակաբերդի զբոսայգում գտնվող 264,5 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսով անշարժ գույքը: Այն վաճառվել է 15 միլիոն 957 հազար դրամով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարզահամերգային համալիրը սկսել է գործել 1983 թ.–ից: 2005 թ. համալիրը 5,7 մլն ռուսական ռուբլով վաճառվեց ռուսական «ԲԱՄՕ» շինարարական հոլդինգին: Հետագայում համալիրը պարտքեր կուտակեց և պետության կողմից սնանկ ճանաչվեց: Սրանից հետո ՄՀՀ գույքային համալիրի կառավարումը հանձնվեց պաշտպանության նախարարությանը: Իսկ արդեն 2015 թ. որոշվեց այն վաճառել «ՆՏԱԱ Ինվեստմենտ Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ–ին: Առքուվաճառքի պայմանագիրը կնքվեց սեպտեմբերի 1–ին, սակայն գնորդի՝ վճարում չկատարելու պատճառով 2016 թ. փետրվարին կառավարությունը չեղյալ հայտարարեց նախկին որոշումը: Այնուհետև կառավարությունը համալիրի կառավարումը պաշտպանության նախարարությունից փոխանցեց ՀՀ պետգույքի կառավարման վարչությանը:
