Հայաստանի էլեկտրոնային միասնական առողջապահական տեղեկատվական համակարգի նախագիծը լավագույնն է ճանաչվել

Թբիլիսիում կայացած GITI-2016 տարածաշրջանային միջոցառման ժամանակ հայկական ընկերությունները և պետական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների լուծումները արժանացան բարձր գնահատականի՝ ճանաչվելով լավագույնը:
Պետական հատվածից «Լավագույն ՏՏ Ծրագրի առաջարկ» ճանաչվեց Հայաստանի էլեկտրոնային միասնական առողջապահական տեղեկատվական համակարգի նախագիծը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:
Հայաստանի էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության նախագիծը մեկնարկել է դեռևս 2007 թվականին` ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության և Կենտրոնական բանկի ջանքերով: Այս ընթացքում սահմանվել են համակարգի գործունեության նպատակները, հայեցակարգը, պայմանները, խնդիրները և այլն: 2010 թվականին այն ներկայացվել է ՀՀ կառավարությանը, անցել լրամշակման և կատարելագործման տևական ճանապարհ: 2015 թվականի նոյեմբեր- դեկտեմբերին անցկացվել է պիլոտային փորձարկում, և այս տարվա մայիս-հունիսին կառավարության կողմից ընդունվել է ծրագրի վերջնական տարբերակը:
Ներկայումս տարվում է աշխատանք 2017 թվականի հունվարից Հայաստանում էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգը ներդնելու ուղղությամբ: Սկզբնական փուլում այն կգործի պետական պատվերի ապահովման շրջանակում: Միասնական առողջապահական համակարգը ներառելու է Հայաստանի բնակչության առողջապահական քարտերը` էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով: Սա արդյունավետ կառավարման լիովին նոր մակարդակ է, որը նպատակահարմար է թե' վերահսկողության իրականացման և արդյունավետ կառավարման, թե' բնակչության հարմարավետության տեսանկյունից: Այն հնարավորություն կտա ի վերջո կառավարել և զել անիմաստ և կրկնակի հետազոտությունները, վերահսկել պետպատվերի իրականացումը, բացառել անհարկի դեղատոմսերի դուրսգրումը, արդյունքում` նպատակային բաշխել բյուջեն: Մասնագետների դիտարկմամբ` սա առողջապահության համակարգում ստվերային գործունեությունը բացառելու և վերացնելու ամենաօպտիմալ տարբերակն է: Հայաստանի էլեկտրոնային միասնական առողջապահական տեղեկատվական համակարգը բազմաթիվ ծրագրային հնարավորություններ ունի` միտված բարելավելու, կանոնակարգելու և նոր որակ հաղորդելու մեր երկրում առողջապահության քաղաքականության իրագործմանը:
