Թեյի պատրաստման և օգտագործման ճիշտ ձևը

Եթե սիրում եք թեյ, ուրեմն անպայման պետք է իմանաք, թե ինչպես պետք է այն պատրաստել և օգտագործել, որ օգտակար լինի, այլ ոչ թե վնասակար: Շատերը սխալներ են անում` փորձելով համեղ թեյ պատրաստել:
Թվում է, թե թեյ պատրաստելը հասարակ և հեշտ գործ է:
Թեյն օգտակար է:
Սև և կանաչ թեյերը պարունակում են հակաօքսիդանտներ: Դրանք օրգանիզմը պաշտպանում են ազատ ռադիկալներից` անկայուն մոլեկուլներից, որոնք ազդում են բջիջների վրա, վնասում կարևոր միացությունները: Թեյի բաղադրության մեջ եղած նյութերը խոչընդոտում են ազատ ռադիկալների քայքայիչ գործունեությունը: Ճիշտ պատրաստելու դեպքում թեյը կարող է շատ օգտակար լինել, իսկ սխալ պատրաստելու դեպքում՝ վնասել:
Չի կարելի թեյը խմել դատարկ ստամոքսին: Չինացիներն ասում են, որ եթե դատարկ ստամոքսին թեյ խմեք, ապա այն, ընկնելով օրգանիզմ, իր սառը բնույթով կարող է սառեցնել ստամոքսն ու փայծաղը: Չի կարելի եռման թեյ խմել, քանի որ դա կարող է գրգռել կոկորդը, կերակրափողն ու ստամոքսը:
Եթե եռման թեյ ու կերակուր ուտեք, ապա թվարկված օրգաններում հիվանդագին փոփոխություններ կառաջանան: Չի կարելի նաև սառը թեյ խմել: Եթե տաք կամ գոլ թեյն օրգանիզմը թարմացնում է, պայծառացնում գիտակցությունը, տեսողությունը սրում, աչքերը «բացում», ապա սառը թեյը տհաճ ազդեցություն է ունենում: Օրգանիզմում սառնություն է առաջանում, ու լորձ է կուտակվում:
Շատ թունդ թեյ նույնպես չի կարելի օգտագործել: Դա կարող է անքնություն ու գլխացավ առաջացնել:
