Զինծառայողների հատուցման նախագիծը պատասխան է իրենց կյանքն ու առողջությունը հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը նվիրածներին. Արտակ Զաքարյան

 Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արտակ Զաքարյանըկարծում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ժամանակ զոհված կամ հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողների հատուցման մասին օրենքի նախագիծը կարժանանա խորհրդարանի դրական եզրակացությանը և բոլոր պատգամավորների աջակցությանը: Ազգային ժողովում համապատասխան օրենսդրական նախձեռնության քննարկման ժամանակ իր ելույթում պատգամավորն անդրադարձավ նաև այն խնդիրներին, որոնց մասին բարձրաձայնել են պատգամավորները նախագծի քննարկման ընթացքում:

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք պետք է կոռուպցիան համարենք մեր պետության երկրորդ թշնամի: Այն մեր երկրի միակ ներքին թշնամին է, որը ուղիղ հարվածում է մեր պետության հիմքերին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Զաքարյանը:

Պատգամավորը հավելեց, որ ներկայացված նախագիծը պատասխան է բոլոր այն ընտանիքներին, որոնց զավակները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության և անվտանգության ապահովման  գործում տվել են ամենաթանկը՝ իրենց կյանքը և առողջությունը: «Կարծում եմ, որ հանրային ուշադրությունը և խորհրդարանական վերահսկողությունը հետագայում պետք է լինի ավելի հստակ և սևեռուն հիմնադրամի գործունեության նկատմամբ: Ես համոզված եմ, որ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը, հաշվի առնելով այս քննարկման ընթացքում հնչած ռացիոնալ մտքերը և քննադատությունը, պետք է ավելի ուշադրո ւթյուն հատկացնի բանակի հետ կապված տեղեկատվական հոսքերին: Բանակի հետ կապված անպատասխանատու հոդվածներ և հենց այնպես տարածված լուրեր չպետք է լինեն»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը՝ ընդգծելով, որ տեղեկատվական պատերազմը մեզանում ստանում է շատ լուրջ խորքային նշանակություն, և պետք չէ թույլ տալ, որ դրա հետևանքով երկրի բանակն ու անվտանգությունը տուժեն:
