Էդգար Խաչատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայաստանի համար առաջնային խնդիրը ուղեղների արտահոսքն է, բազմաթիվ երիտասարդներ լքում են Հայաստանը դուրսը սովորելու և գործ գտնելու ակնկալիքով, իսկ ետ են վերադառնում շատ քչերը:
Օրերս ծանոթացա Արմինեի ու Արփինեի հետ, ովքեր նույնպես աշխատել էին ԱՄՆ-ում, սակայն որոշել են իրենց գիտական աշխատանքը շարունակել Հայաստանում, ինչո՞ւ հարցիս, պատասխանը կարճ էր. գլոբալ խնդիրները նաև Հայաստանին են վերաբերվում, և պետք է գիտությունը զարգացնել նաև մեզ մոտ:
Զարմանալի էր, որ 3 տարի ԱՄՆ-ում բնակվելուց հետո ուղղակի չէին մնացել այնտեղ, բայց և ուրախ էի, որ Ալցգեյմեր հիվանդության և ուռուցքաբանության ոլորտում մեծ փորձ ունեցող երիտասարդները Հայաստանում են, այդ հիվանդությունները 21-րդ դարում մեծ թափով են տարածվում, ու դրա յուրաքանչյուր ուսումնասիրություն կարող է մարդկային կյանքեր փրկել:
Հ.Գ.Պետք է մրցունակ դարձնել ներհայաստանյան կրթությունը, իսկ աշխատաշուկան հարմարեցնել միջազգային ստանդարտներին, որովհետև մեր նման պետությունների համար մեկ-երկու գիտական բացահայտումն ավելի շատ ներդրումներ կարող է խոստանալ, քան սրան-նրան խնդրելը, որ մի փոքրիկ գործարան բացեն Հայաստանում:
