Ի պատասխան մի շարք հարցումների, տեղեկացնում եմ, որ «Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթի կայքը խեղաթյուրված է ներկայացրել իրականությունը: Կառավարության աշխատակազմի «Տեղեկատվության և վերլուծության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի գործառույթների 2.1.3 կետում սահմանված 15 100 ՀՀ դրամը հատկացվում է ոչ թե Facebook-ում ՀՀ կառավարության գործունեությունը լուսաբանող գրառումներ կատարելուն, այլև իրենից ներկայացնում է միջինացված ցուցանիշ է, որը տարածվում է հիշյալ կետի մյուս ենթակետերին՝ «ՀՀ տեղեկատվական գործունեության լուսաբանում էլեկտրոնային և տպագիր ԶԼՄ-ներում հոդվածներ, տեղեկատվական նյութեր պատրաստելու» վրա ևս:

Այո, «Տեղեկատվության և վերլուծության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ն իրականացնում է ինտենսիվ աշխատանք նաև սոցիալական ցանցերում՝ ակտիվ օգտատերերի բարձրացրած խնդիրներն ու մտահոգությունները պատկան մարմինների ներկայացնելու և լուծումներ գտնելու, հետադարձ կապ ապահովելու, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ կառավարության գործունեությանն ավելի հրապարակային դարձնելու նպատակով:
Միամտություն է կարծել, թե Հայաստանում կան Facebook-յան այնպիսի օգտատերեր, ովքեր ընդամենը 4 գրառման դիմաց կարող են օրը 60 հազար, իսկ ամսվա կտրվածքով 1 մլն 800 հազար դրամ ստանալ, այն դեպքում, երբ պետական համակարգում միջին աշխատավարձը շուրջ 200 հազար դրամ է կազմում:
