Այսօր ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը հայտարարեց Հայաստանում American Express նոր կայքի գործարկման մասին (www.americanexpress.am): ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը հանդիսանում է Հայաստանում American Express ընկերության բացառիկ գործընկերը, և նոր կայքը մշակվել է ընկերությունների համատեղ ուժերով: Կայքը կառուցված է American Express-ի կողմից ներկայումս մի շարք Եվրոպական երկրներում արդեն կիրառվող առաջադեմ պլատֆորմի վրա և փոխարինում է նախորդ կայքին, որը հասանելի էր միևնույն հասցեով:

Նոր կայքն ավելի արդիական է՝ շնորհիվ Հայաստանում թողարկվող American Express քարտերի առավելությունների և հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ ամբողջական տեղեկատվության առավել պարզ ներկայացման: Կայքում այցելուները կարող են ծանոթանալ գործող American Express քարտերին՝ համեմատել դրանց տարբեր առավելությունները: Բացի այդ, այցելուները կարող են դիմել American Express քարտերի ձեռքբերման համար՝ առանց Բանկի մասնաճյուղեր այցելելու՝ լրացնելով քարտի պատվիրման առցանց հայտը:

Գործող American Express Քարտատերերը նույնպես կգտնեն օգտակար տեղեկատվություն նոր կայքում, քանի որ այն նաև համալրված է քարտերի պարգևատրումների ծրագրերի և ապահովագրական ծառայությունների վերաբերյալ մանրամասն տեղեկատվությամբ, քարտերին առնչվող կարևոր ֆինանսական տվյալներով, ինչպես նաև American Express Քարտատերերի համար հասանելի բազում հատուկ առաջարկներով :

Նոր կայքը մշակելիս հաշվի են առնվել նաև առևտրի և սպասարկման կետերի կարիքները: Այն պարունակում է տեղեկատվություն American Express քարտերը որպես վճարման միջոց ընդունելու առավելությունների վերաբերյալ, և այն առևտրի և սպասարկման կետերը, որոնք ցանկանում են սկսել սպասարկել American Express քարտեր, կարող են առցանց դիմել տվյալ ծառայությունն ակտիվացնելու համար:

“Մենք ուրախ ենք Հայաստանում գործարկել American Express-ի նոր կայքը` մանրակրկիտ պլանավորման և մշակման աշխատանքների ավարտից հետո: Նոր դիզայնը պարզ է, հարմար է օգտագործման համար և թույլ է տալիս գործող և ապագա American Express Քարտատերերին, ինչպես նաև առևտրի և սպասարկման կետերին դյուրին եղանակով գտնել այն տեղեկատվությունը, որը նրանք փնտրում են”,- ասաց ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկի Գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն պարոն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը:

ԱԿԲԱ-Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ Բանկի և American Express ընկերության միջև հաջողված համագործակցությունը սկսվել է 2009 թ-ին՝ սկիզբ դնելով Հայաստանում American Express քարտերի սպասարկման ենթակառուցվածքի զգալի ընդլայնմանը: 2010 թ.-ին ԱԿԲԱ-Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ Բանկը Հայաստանում թողարկեց առաջին American Express քարտը՝ American Express Gold-ը, որը տրամադրում է նախկինում Հայաստանում գոյություն չունեցող լրացուցիչ ծառայությունների լայն փաթեթ: 2011 թ.-ին Բանկը թողարկեց American Express Blue նորարար և ժամանակակից քարտը, որն իր հաճախորդներին պարգևատրում է առօրյա ծախսերի դիմաց և առաջարկում առավելություններ, որոնք համահունչ են ժամանակակից, երիտասարդ սպառողի պահանջներին: 2014 թ.-ին Բանկը թողարկեց թվով 3-րդ American Express քարտատեսակը՝ American Express Cashback քարտը, որն արդեն իսկ հասցրել է դառնալ բազմաթիվ հաճախորդների նախընտրելի վճարային գործիքը՝ շնորհիվ Քարտատերերին վճարվող քեշբեքի, որն ի դեպ չունի առավելագույն սահմանաչափ:
