Մենք բոլորս էլ հաճախակի ձու ենք ուտում և այնքան ծանոթ ենք այդ մթերքի հետ, որ կարծես թե ոչինչ էլ չի կարող զարմացնել մեզ։ Սակայն կա ևս մեկ հնարք, որի օգնությամբ կարելի է ոչ միայն համեղ նախաճաշել, այլ նաև ձվի տեսքով զարմացնել բոլորին և նոր հետաքրքրություն ստեղծել երեխաների համար։
BlogNews–ը ներկայացնում է ապշեցնող գիտական հնարք, որի օգնությամբ դուք կարող եք հաճելիորեն զարմացնել թե՛ ընտանիքի անդամներին և թե՛ հյուրերին։
Այս փորձի համար անհրաժեշտ է 1-2 ձու, կպչուն ժապավեն (скотч), գուլպա և ջուր։
1) Մինչև փորձը սկսելը պետք է մանրակրկիտ զննել ձուն և համոզվել, որ դրա կեղևը վնասված չէ։ Այնուհետև պետք է կպչուն ժապավենով ամուր փաթաթել ձուն։
2) Հետո պետք է ձուն դնել գուլպայի մեջ՝ մոտավորապես մեջտեղում, և ոլորել գուլպան ձվի երկու կողմերից։ Այդպես ձուն ամուր ֆիքսված կլինի գուլպայի մեջ։
3) Ապա վերցնում ենք գուլպան և պտտում ձուն սեփական առանցքի շուրջ։ Ձուն պետք է ժամանակ առ ժամանակ ստուգել լուսարձակող սարքի օգնությամբ։ Երբ համոզվենք, որ ձվի միջինը լավ խառնվել է, կարող ենք դադարեցնել պտտելը։
4) Ձուն պետք է խաշել 10 րոպե, առանց կպչուն ժապավենը հեռացնելու, և այն պետք է անընդհատ շրջել մեկ կողմից մյուսը։ Հետո պետք է սպասել, մինչև այն սառչի, և զգուշորեն կեղևազրկել։
