Սկանդալ Ջիգարխանյանի գործում. նախկին կնոջը կասկածում են քիլեր վարձելու մեջ

Հայտնի դերասան և ռեժիսոր Արմեն Ջիգարխանյանի և իր նախկին տիկնոջ՝ Տատյանա Վլասովայի դատական վիճաբանությունը երկուշաբթի օրը հետաձգվեց, գործընթացին տալով ավելի նոր՝ թեժ վիճաբանության առիթ:
Երկու կողմերի պաշտպանները Պրեսնենսկի դատարանում փոխադարձ կտրուկ հայտարարություններ են արել: Արդյունքում, հաջորդ նիստը տեղափոխվել է և տեղի կունենա դեկտեմբերի 19:
Ինչպես դատարանի դահլիճից հաղորդել է МК լրագրողը, վեճի առիթ է հանդիսացել ԱՄՆ գտնվող Ջիգարխանյանի տունը:
Դերասանի փաստաբանները պահանջել են, որ Տատյանա Վլասովան տան վաճառքից գոյացած գումարի կեսը փոխանցի Արմեն Ջիգարխանյանին (տունը վաճառվել է 137 000 ԱՄՆ դոլարով):
Ջիգարխանյանի 3-րդ կինը՝ Վիտալինա Ցիմբալյուկ-Ռոմանովսկայան, նույնպես գտնվել է դատարանում: Վլասովայի դատապաշտպանը հիշեցրել է, որ Ջիգարխանյանի 3-րդ կինը ունի 3 բնակարան: Սակայն, ինչպե՞ս է ձեռք բերել այդ բնակարանները հարցը, դատարանի կողմից մերժվել է:
Իրավաբանները տարաձայնություններ են ունեցել Արմեն Ջիգարխանյանի և Տատյանա Վլասովայի համատեղ կյանքի տևողության հարցում: Դերասանի պաշտպանը պնդում էր, որ ամուսնական միությունը ընդհատվել է 2010 թ, իսկ Վլասովայինը՝ 2015 թ:
Առաջին վկան, դերասանի բժիշկ՝ Նատալյա Գրիգորովան հայտարարեց, որ Արմեն Բորիսովիչի և Ցիմբալյուկ-Ռոմանովայի հարաբերությունները սկսվել են 2009-ին: Դա հաստատեց նաև Վիտալինան: Նա ավելացրեց, որ Տատյանա Վլասովան ինքն է խնդրել վաճառել ԱՄՆ տունը, իսկ դերասանը թույլ է տվել զբաղվել վաճառքով: Վերջին անգամ ռեժիսորը 2009 թ. եղել ԱՄՆ-ում:
Որպեսզի դերասանը ստանա փողերը, փաստաբանները պետք է ընդունեն, որ 2010-ից դերասանի և Տատյանա Վլասովայի ամուսնական դաշինքը անվավեր է:
Սակայն նրանց մոտ դեռ ոչինչ չի ստացվել: Դատական նիստը հետաձգվել է: Կրակը թեժացրեցին կողմերի հայտարարությունները. Վլասովայի փաստաբանը հայտարարել է, որ պաշտպանյալի վրա հարձակում են գործել, իսկ Ջիգարխանյանի փաստաբանն էլ ենթադրություն արեց, որ Վլասովան քիլեր է վարձել Ցիմբալյուկ-Ռոմանովային սպանելու համար:
