Արմավիրում հուղարկավորեցին կրտսեր սերժանտի կողմից սպանված ժամկետային զինծառայողին (ֆոտո)

Արմավիրի մարզի Արազափ գյուղում այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 15-ին, հուղարկավորեցին Արցախում նոյեմբերի 13-ի գիշերը կրտսեր սերժանտի կողմից սպանված ժամկետային զինծառայող Վարդան Առաքելյանին։
NEWS.am-ի թղթակիցը հաղորդում է, որ հուղարկավորությունը տեղի է ունեցել զինվորական կարգով։ Հարազատներից եւ համագյուղացիներից բացի՝ ներկա էին նաեւ ծառայակից ընկերները եւ հրամանատարական կազմը։ Նրանցից մեկը Վարդանի հորը՝ Հովհաննես Առաքելյանին, փոխանցեց ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի կողմից հետմահու շնորհված «Մարտական ծառայություն» մեդալը։
Վարդան Առաքելյանն ապրում էր սոցիալապես ծանր պայմաններում, երկու եղբայր ուներ։
Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ նախնական տվյալներով, 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ին` ժամը 02:15-ի սահմաններում, կրտսեր սերժանտը, նշանակված լինելով մարտական հերթապահության զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի N մարտական դիրքում, խախտել է մարտական հերթապահության կանոնները, իրեն ամրակցված ինքնաձիգով կրակոցներ է արձակել նույն զորամասի պահանության տեղամասի մեկ այլ մարտական դիրքի ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետեւանքով նռնակաձիգի օգնական, շարքային Վարդան Հովհաննեսի Առաքելյանն ստացել է մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում:
Քրեական գործ է հարուցվել` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 365-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, քննություն է տարվում դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
