Հազար դրամների հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ այսօր ԱԺ-ում ելույթ ունեցավ ելույթներով աչքի չընկնող գեներալ Սեյրան Սարոյանը: Այս մասին հայտնում է Past.am-ը:
 
«Ազգային ժողով, ժողովրդի, բանակի օգտին է, հենց փորձեցինք ժողովրդի օգտին մի բան անել, է՛լ գող փիսո, է՛լ քաչալ շուն, էլ, ով ինչ գողացավ բանակից, ամեն ինչի մասին խոսացինք, բացի էս մարդու, որ էս օրենքը բերել է:
 
Հիշեցինք, թե ով ոնց տները սարքեց, ով ինչ գողացավ, ով տուշոնկա գողացավ բանակից: Մեկ ա՝ քթերից դուրս ա գալու, իրանց քթից էլ դուրս չգա, իրենց էրեխեքի քթից ա դուրս գալու: Ես հլա չեմ տեսել, որ զինվորից, բանակից բան գողացածը կրակի մեջ չընկնի՝ կա՛մ էրեխեքը նարկաման են դառնում, կա՛մ ղումարբազ, կա՛մ կազինոներում այդ գումարները քամուն են տալիս: Էնպես որ, դա թողեք Աստծու հույսին, ավելի լավ է՝ Աստված պատժի, քան թե դատախազը»,- ասաց գեներալը՝ հավելելով, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ հայությունը միասնական էր, իսկ այսօր այդպես չէ:
 
«Հենա Նիկոլն էլ էր զենքն առել, եկել: Ա՛յ մարդ, պիտի պատերա՞զմ լինի, որ միասնական լինենք, ամոթ էլ ա, որ մենք ... Մենք բոլորս գիտենք, որ քյասիբ պետություն ենք, ասում եք՝ խի պետական բյուջեն չի տալիս այդ փողը, ա՛յ մարդ, որ չունենա, որտեղի՞ց տա»,- հայտարարեց Սարոյանը:
 
Անդրադառնալով կոռումպացված գեներալներին՝ նա ասաց. «Ենթադրենք՝ 3-4 հոգի էլ անամոթ են, ինչ-որ բան են արել, բա սազո՞ւմ է, որ այսօր սաղ ազգը լսում է մեր գեներալների մասին, փաստորեն, պիտի ամաչեն այդ մարդիկ, էդ ֆորմեն հագնեք, խոսում եք պոդրյադ բոլորի մասին, բայց 3-4 հոգով չէ, էն 35-40 գեներալները բա ծառայում են հայրենիքին, ժողովրդին, ինչ-որ արժանիք ունեցել են, չէ՞, որ նշանակվել են, իսկ եթե փաստեր կան, բոլորը պիտի պատժվեն: Մարդը բերել է, ասում է՝ 1000 դրամ, ա՛յ մարդ, 1000 դրամն ի՞նչ փող է, հիմա պիտի ասեն՝ քո ձենը տաք տեղից է դուրս գալիս, հա 1000 դրամը փող չէ, բայց 1000 դրամն այն է, որ հաշվեք ամեն մի հայ մտել է եկեղեցի ու 2 մոմ է վառել իր էրեխեքի համար: Չեմ պատկերացնում, որ Հայաստանում կա մի ընտանիք, որ զինվոր չունենա: Դեռ փողը չհավաքած՝ արդեն կոռուպցիայի մասին ենք խոսում, Սարգսյան Վիգենն այս փողն իրենց տուն չի տանելու, 100 հատ Սարգսյան Վիգեն էլ կգա, կերթա, այս հիմնադրամը մնալու է, փորձենք լավ բան անել: Ամեն ինչի վրա ցեխ շպրտելն ամենահեշտն է»,- ասաց գեներալը:
