Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի թռիչքային զարգացման գլխավոր խնդիրը մասնագետները համարում են աշխատուժի պակասը:  «Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության փոխտնօրեն Հայկ Չոբանյանն «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ այսօր Հայաստանում ՏՀՏ ոլորտու կա 2500 թափուր աշխատատեղ: Համապատասխան մասնագիտություններով համալսարանների տարեկան շրջանավարտների թիվը 1800 է:

«Թեպետ այդքան շրջանավարտ կա, սակայն նրանցից ոչ բոլորն են համապատասխանում շուկայի պահանջներին: Կարելի է ասել կեսն է համապատասխանում: Հետևաբար, մեր հիմնական ջանքերն ուղղված են կրթության ոլորտին: Նոր գործընթաց է սկսվել, համապատասխան դասընթացներ են իրականացվում դպրոցներում, կրթական ծրագրեր են կազմվել միջին մասնագիտական հաստատությունների համար: Դա կոչվում է կարճաժամկետ բակալավրիատ»,-ասաց Հայկ Չոբանյանը` կարևորելով նաև ոչ ֆորմալ, առցանց կրթությունը:

Հայկ Չոբանյանի խոսքով, շատ կարևոր է ուսանողների պրակտիկան, որը շատ դեպքերում բարձր մակարդակով չի իրականացվում: Ըստ նրա` շատ դեպքերում պրակտիկան ձևական բնույթ է կրում, այնինչ, այն պետք է լինի առաջնահերթ հարց:

«Սինոփսիս» ընկերության տնօրեն Հովիկ Մուսայելյանի խոսքով,  կրթական մակարդակը բարձրացնելու համար շատ կարևոր է բոլոր օղակներում աշխատանք տանելը: «Կարևոր է, որ դպրոցներում մեր տաղանդաշատ պատանիները հստակ պատկերացում ունենան մասնագիտական կողմնորոշման հարցում: Այս տարիներին առնչվում ենք ոչ տրամաբանական մի իրողության հետ, երբ բնագիտական հոսքերում օլիմպիադաներում մեդալներ ստացած երեխաները հետագայում ընտրում են հումանիտար հոսքը: Դա մտահոգում է»,-ասաց Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը: Նա նշեց, որ նախորդ տարվանից դպրոցներում իրա կանացվում են դասընթացներ միկրոէլեկտրոնիկայի, հեռահաղորդակցության, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների գծով: Դա կօգնի, որ բուհեր մուտք գործեն արդեն որոշակի պատրաստված երեխաներ:

«Մեզ համար կարևոր է, որ բուհերը դպրոցներից ստանան որակյալ կադրային հումք, որ ավարտելուց հետո այդ երիտասարդները պահանջված լինեն մասնավոր հատվածում: Փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ բուհեր ավարտած երիտասարդների 7-8 տոկոսն է աշխատաշուկայում տեղ գտնում: Այստեղ շատ կարևոր է տեխնոլոգիական համալսարան ունենալու կոնցեպցիայի մշակումը` պոլիտեխնիկի բազայի հիման վրա»,-հավելեց Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը: Ըստ նրա` կադրերի խնդրի լուծումը կարող է լոկոմոտիվ լինել հետագա գործընթացների համար: Մասնավորապես, տրանսնացիոնալ կորպորոցիաների մուտքը Հայաստան պահովելու համար: Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը կարևոր համարեց այն, որ վարչապետը հետևողականորեն ոլորտի խնդիրներն իր ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահում: Արդեն կա պայմանավորվածություն շաբաթը մեկ անգամ ոլորտի մասնագետների հետ հանդիպումներ կազմակերպելու համար:

Հայաստանում ՏՀՏ ոլորտը տարեկան գրանցում  է առնվազն  25 տոկոս աճ: Վերջին 10 տարիների միջին տարեկան աճը կազմել է 33 տոկոս: Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում հայ մասնագետների արտադրանքն արտահանվում է աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներ, առյուծի բաժինը` ԱՄՆ:
