«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Պետեկամուտների նորանշանակ նախարար Վարդան Հարությունյանն ինչպե՞ս է կարողանալու 2016 թվականի բյուջեն կատարել հարկահավաքության մասով, երբ իր աշխատանքն սկսում է հարյուր միլիոն դոլարի մինուսով:
Բանն այն է, որ ՊԵԿ–ի մեր աղբյուրների վկայությամբ, մինչև Վարդան Հարությունյանի նշանակումը, ՊԵԿ–ի նախագահ Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանը 47 միլիարդ դրամի գերավճար է հավաքել հարկատուներից:
Այսինքն, պլանը կատարելու համար Հովսեփյանը գործարարներից, հարկատուներից հարկեր է հավաքել նաև առաջիկա ամիսների համար: Գուցե ցանկացել է լավ ցուցանիշներ «նկարել» նոր վարչապետի աչքին երևալու համար (որպեսզի իրեն գործից չհանի), գուցե համակարգում պարզապես ընդունված է այդպես աշխատել:
