Ասթմայի ախտանշանները և առաջացման պատճառները

Միացյալ Նահանգներում ասթմայով հիվանդների թիվը հասնում է 26 միլիոնի, սակայն կան մարդիկ, որոնք հնարավոր է՝ չիմանան, որ իրենք ախտահարված են այդ հիվանդությամբ, հատկապես, եթե ախտանշանները խիստ արտահայտված չեն:
Ասթմայի ամենատարածված նշաններն են հազը, հատկապես գիշերային ժամերին, ֆիզիկական վարժությունների ժամանակ կամ ծիծաղելիս, շնչելիս՝ բարդություն, կրծքավանդակի լարվածություն, հևոց, տնքոց (սուլող կամ ճռճռան ձայներ ձեր կրծքավանդակից շնչելիս և արտաշնչելիս)։
Ասթմայի ցանկացած ախտանիշ լուրջ է և կարող է դառնալ մահացու, եթե հետևողական չլինեք։Եթե զգում եք, որ այս ախտանիշներից թեկուզ մեկն առկա է ձեզ մոտ, այցելեք ալերգոլոգի, որը կհետազոտի և համապատասխան բուժում կնշանակի:
Ասթմայի ախտանշանները երեխաների մոտ՝ հազ (հատկապես գիշերը), տնքոց կամ սուլոց շնչելիս և արտաշնչելիս, շնչառության արագացում, հաճախակի հիվանդանալ։
Ասթմայի առաջացման պատճառները
Ասթմայի առաջացման պատճառ կարող են լինել կենդանիներից, բույսերից կամ փոշուց ու կեղտից առաջացած ալերգիան, օդի աղտոտվածությունը (օրինակ՝ ծուխ, քիմիական գոլորշի կամ ուժեղ հոտեր) կամ եղանակային պայմանները, ֆիզիկական վարժությունները, շնչառական վարակները:
