Մարինա Ներսեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ մեկ տասնյակ տարուց ավել Հայաստանում ոչ մի բանկ չի փակվել: Դրան նպաստել են մի շարք գործոններ, սակայն բանկերի առանցքային վահաններից մեկը վարկային բարձր տոկոսադրույքներն են, որոնք նվազեցնում են ֆինանսական կառույցների ռիսկերը:

Բարձր տոկոսադրույքները որքան պաշտպանում են բանկերին, այդքան էլ ֆինանսական մեծ բեռ են հանդիսանում վարկառուների համար: Այդ նպատակով պետությունը քայլեր է ձեռնարկում վարկառուների համար պայմանները բարելավելու համար:

Վերջին ամիսներին բանկային համակարգում նկատվում է վարկային տոկոսադրույքների նվազեցում: Մինչև մեկ տարի ժամկետով դրամային վարկերը մարտից հետո էժանացել են գրեթե 2 տոկոսով։

Նման էժանացումը կարելի է դիտարկել որպես կտրուկ քայլ: Նախկինում բարձր տոկոսադրույքը հնարավորություն չէր տալիս տնտեսական հատվածին օգտվել այն ֆինանսական պրոդուկտներից, որոնք առաջարկում են բանկերը։

Վարկային տոկոսադրույքի նվազեցումը դրական գործընթաց է տնտեսվարողների համար, սակայն պետք է մտածել նաև բանկերի ռիսկերը նվազագույնի հասցնելու համար:

Գործադիր մարմինը կարծես թե գտել է լուծում, և ակնկալվում է, որ բանկային համակարգում կներմուծվի օրինապահ հարկատու հասկացությունը, ինչը հիմք կդառնա բանկային համակարգից արտոնյալ պայմաններով ֆինանսական միջոցներ ներգրավել համար։

Հարկատուների դասակարգումը և օրինապահ հարկատուի կարգավիճակի շնորհումը անհրաժեշտ է թե՛ վարկատուին, և թե՛ վարկառուին: Առաջինը կստանա երաշխիքներ, իսկ երկրորդը իրեն անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցներ` արտոնյալ տոկոսադրույքով:
