Դուք պետք է ձեռք բերեք հնդկական կամ այսպես կոչված բենտոնիտային կավ: Բացեք կավը ջրով, մինչ մածուկի նման դառնալը, և քսեք այն դեմքին: Թողեք 10 րոպե և լվացեք տաք ջրով:
3 Ինչպե՞ս ամուր և երկար եղունգներ ունենալ
Ձեզ կօգնի ձիթայուղը: Խառնեք 3 թեյի գդալ ձիթայուղը և 1 թեյի գդալ կիտրոնի հյութը: Քնելուց առաջ քսեք այս խառնուրդը եղունգներին և թողեք չորանա, իսկ առավոտյան լվացեք ձեռքերը: Կրկնեք այս գործընթացն ամեն օր, մինչև արդյունքը նկատելի կլինի:
4 Լավագույն միջոցը պիգմենտային բծերից
Կիտրոնի հյութը գույնը բացացնող բնական միջոց է: Եթե դուք ունեք չափից ավել պիգմենտային բծեր, կամ ուզում եք ազատվել պեպեններինց, ապա քսեք ձեր դեմքին կիտրոնի բնական հյութ և թեթև մերսեք դենքը: Թողեք 10-15 րոպե և լվացեք տաք ջրով:
5 Տնական միջոց սև կետիկների դեմ
Ձվի սպիտակուցից պատրաստված այս դիմակը ոչ միայն նեղացնում է ծակոտիներն ու հանում է սև կետիկները, այլ նաև կանխում է հետագայում դրանց առաջացումը: Քսեք դեմքին ձվի սպիտակուց և վրայից ծածկեք բարակ անձեռոցիկով: Երբ այն չորանա, կտրուկ շարժումով հեռացրեք անձեռոցիկը: Լվացեք դեմքը սառը ջրով և սնուցող կրեմ քսեք:
