ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար ՌԴ-ի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենքի վաճառքը բնական է համարում, բայց ոչ հաճելի

Ռուստատանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենքի վաճառքը ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը բնական է համարում, բայց ոչ հաճելի: Այս մասին նախարարը նշել է «Բի Բի Սի»-ի ռուսական ծառայության աշխատակցի հետ հարցազրույցում:
«Մենք համագործակցում ենք ռազմական ոլորտում և, համապատասխանաբար, Ռուսաստանից գնում ենք և ստանում սպառազինություններ: Դրանում էլ որևէ նոր բան չկա, իսկ այն, որ Ռուսաստանը զենք է վաճառում Ադրբեջանին կամ այլ երկրների, դա երևի նույնպես բնական է, քանի որ Ռուսաստանը սպառազինություններ արտադրող երկիր է, որը շատ ակտիվ ներկայություն ունի այդ շուկայում:
Չենք կարող ասել, որ մեզ շատ դուր է գալիս, որ Ադրբեջանը զենք է ձեռք բերում. իհարկե` ոչ: Դրանք, հավանաբար բիզնեսի, առևտրի հարցեր են, սակայն մեր հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշնակցային են, իսկ դա արդեն շատ բան է նշանակում»,- ընդծել է նախարարը:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե արդյոք Նալբանդյանը Հայաստանի համար ավարտված է համարում Եվրամիության հետ ինտեգրումը` նախարարը նշել է. «Հայաստանի ռազմավարական շահերից է բխում լինել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ, ու մենք արդեն դարձել ենք, ինչը չի հակադրվում մեր պարտավորություններին` որպես ԵԱՏՄ անդամ, այդ չափով մենք պատրաստ ենք առավելագույնս զարգացնել մեր հարաբերությունները Եվրամիության և այլ ինտեգրացիոն կառույցների հետ»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ուկրաինական խնդրի շուրջ Ռուսաստան-Արևմուտք հակասությանը, Ռուսաստանի դեմ կիրառվող պատժամիջոցներին, ապա Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ խնդիրների կարգավորման լավագույն ուղին երկխոսությունն ու բանակցություններն են:
«Ուկրաինայի դեպքերին մենք հետևում ենք ցավով և ապրումակցությամբ, քանի որ գիտեք, հավանաբար, որ Ուկրաինայում շատ հայեր են ապրում. կես միլիոնանոց հայկական համայնքի մասին է խոսքը: Ասել, թե ինչ դիրքորոշում ունենք, ում ենք պաշտպանում, ում մեղադրում, դա կարգավորմանը տանող ուղի չի լինի: Կամ` թե ի նչ պատժամիջոցներ ընդունել. ես չեմ կարծում, որ պատժամիջոցների ճանապարհով հնարավոր է խնդիրներ կարգավորել: Խնդիրների լուծման համար պետք է բանակցել, երկխոսել, դրանք ցանկացած հակամարտության համար լավագույն մեթոդներ են»,- ընդգծել է ԱԳ նախարարը:
