Գյումրիի բախումների գործով ոչ գործողություն չէր կատարվում. քննիչն իսկապե՞ս սպասում էր Պերմյակովի դատավճռին

Գյումրիում 2015թ. հունվարի 15-ին՝ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանությունից օրեր անց տեղի ունեցած բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցների եւ ոստիկանների միջեւ բախումների գործով քննիչից 1 տարի 10 ամիս պահանջվեց` պարզելու համար, որ մեղադրյալների արարքներում բացակայում է հանցակազմը:

NEWS.am-ի տեղեկություններով` տեւական ժամանակ որեւէ քննչական գործողություն այս գործով չէր կատարվում: Իրավապահ մարմիններում նույնիսկ խոսում էին, որ սպասում են Վալերի Պերմյակովի վճիռն ուժի մեջ մտնի:

Թեեւ Պերմյակովի վճիռն ուժի մեջ դեռ չի մտել, սակայն օրերս Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում սկսված դատավարության ժամանակ պարզ դարձավ, որ Պերմյակովը վճիռը չի բողոքարկում: Թե ինչու էր հայկական կողմին պետք շուրջ 2 տարի քննել մի գործ, որն ակնհայտորեն վերջում պետք է կարճվեր, պարզ չէ:

Նշենք, որ Քննչական կոմիտեն մինչեւ վերջ պաշտոնապես չհայտնեց մեղադրյալների թիվը: Մեր տեղեկություններով` նրանց թիվը 19-ն էր, որը միայն նախօրեին հաստատվեց:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2015թ. հունվարի 15-ին Գյումրիում ՌԴ հյուպատոսարանի շենքի առջեւ ցուցարարները պահանջում էին Հայաստանին հանձնել Գյումրիում հունվարի 12-ին Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 7 անդամներին սպանելու համար մեղադրվող Վալերի Պերմյակովին: Ոստիկանների եւ ցուցարարների միջեւ այդ ժամանակ բախումներ էին տեղի ունեցել: Բախումներից հետո Գյումրիի հիվանդանոց էր դիմել 33 անձ, որոնցից 23-ը ոստիկան:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015թ. հունվարի 12-ին։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական Սերյոժա Ավետիսյանը, որը ծանր վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ յոթ օր անց մահացել էր:

Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 7 անդամի սպանության համար մեղադրվում է Գյումրիի 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի ժամկետային զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովը։ Դեպքի առթիվ Հայաստանում հարուցվել էր քրգործ սպանության հատկանիշներով, իսկ ՌԴ-ում՝ դասալքության:

Ռուսական կողմն օգոստոսի 12-ին Պերմյակովին դատապարտել է ազատազրկման 10 տարի ժամկետով:
