ԱԺ հանձնաժողովը մինչև մեկ տարով հետաձգեց Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի նախագիծը

Ազգային ժողովի պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը մինչև մեկ տարով հետաձգեց «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի նախագիծը ԱԺ լիագումար նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկելու հարցը:

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է ստեղծել ԱԺ ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողով, որը կուսումնասիրի խաղաղ պայմաններում զինծառայողների զոհվելու դեպքերով հարուցված քրեական գործերը, կապահովի դրանց թափանցիկությունը: Հիմնական զեկուցող, ԱԺ «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանն ընդգծեց, որ կան շատ դեպքեր, երբ խաղաղ պայմաններում զինծառայողների զոհվելու դեպքերով հարուցված քրեական գործերը անաչառ քննության չեն ենթարկվում և հետո կասեցվում են: «Ես քննարկմանը հրավիրել եմ նաև զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողների, ովքեր պնդում են, որ իրենց զավակներին ծառայության ընթացքում սպանել են, սակայն մեղավորներն այդպես էլ անպատիժ են մնացել, իսկ քրեական գործերը կասեցվել են: Նախագծով ես առաջարկում եմ ստեղծել ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողով, որը կուսումնասիրի այդ քրեական գործերը, պատգամավորներին հնարավորություն կտա իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակներում հարցումներ ուղարկել համապատասխան մարմիններին, տեղեկություն ստանալ քրեական գործերի վերաբերյալ: Այս դահլիճում ներկա ծնողներն էլ ունեն փաստեր, որոնք դատարանում հաշվի չեն առել, մենք հնարավորություն կունենանք ուսումնասիրել նաև այդ փաստեր ը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Փոստանջյանը:

ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ, ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանն իր ելույթում նշեց, որ գաղափարը շատ լավն է, սակայն ներկայացված նախագծում կան բազմաթիվ խմբագրական սխալներ, որոնք շտկելու կարիք ունեն: «Ես առաջարկում եմ հետաձգել նախագիծը, որովհետև այս տեսքով չենք կարող այն քվեարկել: Կան խմբագրական սխալներ, իրավական ձևակերպումները ճիշտ չեն: Ես պատրաստ եմ աշխատել հեղինակի հետ, որպեսզի շտկենք այդ սխալները և կրկին քննարկել, որովհետև գաղափարը լավն է և շատ կարևոր»,- ասաց Ջհանգիրյանը:

Պետաիրավական հարցերի մշատական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովհաննես Սահակյանն էլ ընդգծեց, որ ողջունում է գաղափարը, սակայն նախագիծը փոփոխությունների կարիք ունի: «Ես արդեն հանդիպել եմ զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողների հետ, զրուցել եմ նրանց հետ: Այս հարցով ես զրուցել եմ նաև Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանի հետ, ով ողջունել է գաղափարը և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել խնդրին լուծում տալ»,- նշեց Սահակյանը՝ առաջարկելով Փոստանջյանին հետաձգել նախագիծը և փոփոխելուց հետո կրկին ներկայացնել հանձնաժողովի քննարկմանը:

Նախագծի հեղինակ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը ընդունեց, որ նախագիծը թերություններ ունի և շտկումների կարիք կա: Նա համաձայնեց նախագիծը մինչև մեկ տարով հետաձգելու առաջարկի հետ՝ պատգամավորներին կոչ անելով աջակցել համապատասխան փոփոխություններ անելու հարցում:
