Այսօր տեղի ունեցավ «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման առաջին համաժողովը, որի ժամանակ ելույթ ունեցավ Շարժման համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ Արման Վարդանյանը, ով իր ելույթում անդրադաձավ նաեւ այն հարցին, որ մինչ համաժողովը բազմիցս տալիս էին լրագրողները՝ «հայտնիներից ովքե՞ր են կանգնած շարժման հետևում».
«Հարգելիներս, պատասխանում եմ հիմա, որպեսզի ամեն անգամ չպատասխանեմ. այդ հայտնի կարկառունների ձեռքն է կրակն ընկել այս երկիրը, ո՞վ պետք է կանգնած լինի մեր հետևում: Այստեղ հավաքվածներից և ոչ մեկը կապ չունի այդ կարկառուն դեմքերի հետ: Այստեղ հավաքվածներից յուրաքանչյուրն ունի իր գաղափարներն ու պատկերացումները, ովքեր հավատում են միայն սեփական ուժերին: Ո՞նց եք պատկերացնում, կարո՞ղ է մի մարդ, ով այդպիսին չէ, այս մարդկանց հավաքել ու ասել, որ ինքն ամենալավն է, բնականաբար՝ ոչ: Այստեղ բոլորս հավաքվել ենք մի գաղափարի շուրջ: Որևէ կարկառուն կամ հայտնի դեմք կանգնած չէ մեր հետևում, ու չի էլ կարող կանգնել»,- հայտարարեց նա:
Արման Վարդանյանի խոսքով՝ բոլորը հավաքվել են գաղափարի շուրջ: Շարժման կողքին կարող են կանգնել հայտնի, թե անհայտ մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց ամենօրյա աշխատանքով ապացուցել են, որ իրենք այս ազգի զավակն են, որ իրենք ազգի համար արել են դրական բաներ, իրենց աշխատանքը, իրենց քայլերը ուղղված են եղել պետության, ազգի հզորացմանը:
