ՀՀ վարչապետն ակնկալում է մինչև տարեվերջ ստանալ բոլոր համայնքների զարգացման ծրագրերը, այն երազանքները, որոնք ունեն համայնքների ղեկավարներն ու դրանց հասնելու նրանց պատկերացումները: Այդ մասին ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հայտարարել է Դիլիջանում Տավուշի մարզի համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:

«Ի՞նչ պետք է անենք, որ մենք մեր երկիրը, մեր մարզը զարգացնենք: Այդ աշխատանքի մեջ յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է ֆիքսի այն խաղի կանոնները, թե ինչպես ենք աշխատելու, ինչպես ենք համագործակցելու, ինչպես ենք ծրագրերը քննարկելու, նաև՝ թե համայնքը, մարզպետարանն ու կառավարությունն ինչ բեռ են իրենց վրա վերցնելու: Խաղի կանոնները լինելու են շատ պարզ: Նախ և առաջ մենք ակնկալում և սպասում ենք մինչ տարեվերջ բոլոր համայնքների զարգացման ծրագրերը, իրենց երազանքը, թե ինչպես են տեսնում համայնքի զարգացումը: Այնուհետև մենք այդ ծրագրերը քննարկելու ենք, կրկին հաÕ �դիպելու ու խոսելու ենք: Ծրագրերից ամենահեռանկարայինը, որտեղ համայնքն իր վրա բեռ կվերցնի` բացի ակնկալելուց, որ կառավարության կողմից պետք է լինեն ներդրումներ, միջամտություն, աջակցություն, մենք այդ ծրագրերին տալու ենք առաջնահերթություն»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետը:

Կարեն Կարապետյանը համայնքների ղեկավարներին նշել է, որ նրանց հետ հարաբերությունները լինելու են գործընկերային: «Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ դուք ունեք բազմաթիվ դարդ ու ցավեր, խնդիրներ, մենք հասկանում ենք, որ յուրահատուկ վերաբերմունք պետք է ցուցաբերենք մեր սահմանամերձ համայնքներին, որտեղ առանձնապես տնտեսական ակտիվություն չկա, բայց այդ ամենը լինելու է այն խաղի կանոնների մեջ, այն բանաձևերի մեջ, որոնց շուրջ մենք պայմանավորվելու ենք և շարժվելու առաջ»,- ընդգծել է կառավարության ղեկավարը:

Կարապետյանն անհրաժեշտ է համարել ուսումնասիրել, թե որ ոլորտներն են մարզում զարգանում, որ ոլորտում որքան մարդ է զբաղված, ինչ ծավալի արտադրանք է ստացվում, այնուհետև հասկանալ, թե ինչ հեռանկարներ կան, որ ոլորտները կարող են զարգանալ: «Ո՞րն է Տավուշի մարզի առանձնահատկությունն ու առավելությունը, որո՞նք են թույլ կողմերը. սահմանամերձ է, ռիսկային է: Առավելություններն են` Վրաստանի շուկային մոտ լինելը, ուստի եթե այդ շուկայում ինչ որ բաներ ունենք անելու, պետք է մտածենք դրա շուրջ:

Եթե մենք թուղթ ու գրիչով ֆիքսենք մեր խնդիրները, սահմանենք առաջնահերթությունները, լուծումները, գրենք ինչ ունենք, ինչի կարիք ունենք և սկսենք փնտրել այն, ինչ չունենք, հստակ իմանալով`ինչ ենք ուզում անել, որպեսզի մեր կյանքի որակը փոխվի, վստահ եղեք, որ քայլ առ քայլ, ամեն օր գնալու ենք առաջ»,- ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետը:
