Յուրաքանչյուր աշխատողի աշխատավարձից 1000 դրամ պահելու մասին աղմուկ հանած որոշման թեմայի շուրջ «Հրապարակ»-ը զրուցել է ԱԺ գեներալ-պատգամավոր Սեյրան Սարոյանի հետ։
Պարոն Սարոյան, ճի՞շտ եք համարում այդ գաղափարը՝ պարտադիր կերպով գումարներ գանձելը բանակի համար։
- Մեր հանրապետությունում չկա մի ընտանիք, որը բանակի հետ կապված չլինի, մեկը ծառայող ունի, մեկը՝ աֆիցերսկի ծառայող, էդ փողերը հո Վիգեն Սարգսյանը չի՞ հավաքում՝ տանի իրանց տուն։ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը խո իրա շահի համա՞ր չի անում։ Ամեն մեկս եթե կարում ենք մի փոքր ներդրում անենք, լավ է։ Ճիշտ ա, մարդ կա՝ էդ 1000 դրամն էլ ա իրա վրա երեւում, բայց չեմ գտնում, որ մի հայ կլինի ու իմանա էդ 1000 դրամը զինվորի վրա ա գնում, ու ինքն ափսոսա։ 1000 դրամը եսիմ մի մեծ փող չի, մարդու գրպանին շատ մեծ չի խփում, բայց բոլորիս կողմից հավաքված էդ գումարը մեծ է արդեն։ Ամեն մեկը թող մտածի, որ ինքն իր բանակին օգնում է։
Բայց հարցրե՞լ են քաղաքացիներին՝ ուզո՞ւմ են իրենք մտածել բանակի մասին։
Եկեք իմ պես մտածեք. հիմա օրը երեք բաժակ կոֆե ենք, չէ՞, խմում, էդ մեկը եկեք չխմենք, մի բաժակ կոֆեի փող ա։ Ես չգիտեմ՝ հարցրել են մարդկանց, թե չէ, բայց կարծում եմ՝ հարցրած կլինեն։ Եթե մեր երկրի ուսուցչուհին համաձայն ա էդ փողը տալու, մնացածն ամոթ էլ ա, որ չտան, ու ես գիտեմ, որ մեր ուսուցչուհիներն առաջուց էլ սիրով կտան։ Ամոթ էլ ա մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացնել։ Հիմա կասեք՝ ձենը տաք տեղից ա գալիս, բայց, հավատա՝ էդ հազար դրամը հարուստի համար էլ, քյասիբի համար էլ եսիմինչ փող չի:
Սոցկայքերում դժգոհում են՝ ինչո՞ւ պիտի հասարակ մարդիկ վճարեն, եթե գեներալներն ու չինովնիկներն ահռելի հարստություն են դիզել, դղյակներում են ապրում: Գուցե այդ մարդկա՞նց հորդորեք, որ գումարները հետ վերադարձնեն բյուջե:
