Փորձագետն էական փոփոխություններ չի ակնկալում ԱՄՆ արտաքին քաղաքականությունում

Եվրոպական ուսումնասիրությունների կենտրոնի ղեկավար Արթուր Ղազինյանը կարծում է, որ ԱՄՆ արտաքին քաղաքականությունում պետք չէ սպասել ինչ-որ էական փոփոխությունների:
«Եթե փորձենք հասկանալ, թե ինչ քաղաքականություն կվարի ԱՄՆ-ն առաջիկա չորս տարիների ընթացքում, պետք է ունենանք ելման դիրքեր: Առաջինը Թրամփի անձն է: Երկրորդը Միացյալ Նահանգների ստատիկ եւ դժվար փոխվող արտաքին քաղաքականությունն է: Թրամփը նորություն է համաշխարհային քաղաքական էլիտայի համար: Շատերի համար անկանխատեսելի է, թե նա ինչ կարող է անել որեւէ իրավիճակում: Այդ իսկ պատճառով մնում է հույսը դնել գոնե արտաքին քաղաքականության հիմանդրույթների վրա, որ ԱՄՆ-ն հավատարիմ կմնա արտաքին քաղաքականության գերակայություններին»,-«
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի առնչությամբ եւս պետք չէ սպասել փոփոխությունների:
«Այստեղ կարեւոր են ԵՄ-ԱՄՆ հարաբերությունները: Իր քարոզարշավի ընթացքում Թրամփը կառուցեց բավականին հակասական հայտարարություներ, ինչը լուրջ խնդիրներ առաջացրեց արժեհամակարգային դաշտում, որն էլ իր հերթին բավականին բացասական արձագանք գտավ Եվրոպայում: Սա, ըստ էության, թուլացնում է ԵՄ-ԱՄՆ հարաբերությունները եւ պարարտ հող ստեղծում Ռուսաստանի համար Եվրոպայում ազատ գործելու հարցում»,- ընդգծեց Արթուր Ղազինյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ իր համար դեռեւս անհասկանալի է, թե Հայաստանն ինչ է սպասում Միացյալ Նահագներից:
