ՀՀ գյուղնախարարն այցելել է Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարան

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն այսօր մասնակցել է Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի գիտական խորհրդի նիստին: Նիստին մասնակցում էին ՀԱԱՀ ռեկտոր Արշալույս Թարվերդյանը, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը, դասախոսներ և ուսանողներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյու ղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ նախարարն իր խոսքում կարևորել է Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի կրթության որակի և արդյունավետության բարձրացումը, ինչպես նաև գիտական մտքի օգտագործումը գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ռազմավարական ծրագրերի մշակման գործում:
«Մենք այսօր այն վիճակում ենք, որ ժամանակ չունենք հետ նայելու, պիտի առաջ նայենք, շատ կարճ ժամանակում մշակենք կարճաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ ծրագրեր, և օր առ օր արդյունքներ ունենանք: Սակայն առանց մասնագիտական ներուժի չենք կարող գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում լուրջ առաջընթաց ակնկալել: Ամեն ինչ սկսվում է կրթությունից, և մենք պետք է այն հասցնենք առավել բարձր մակարդակի, ժամանակի պահանջներին բավարարող արդյունքների, որպեսզի այս համալսարանից դուրս գան մասնագետներ, որոնց արտադրողները ձեռքից ձեռք խլեն»,- իր խոսքում նշել է նախարա ր Առաքելյանը:
Նախարարն անդրադարձել է նաև այս հարցում մասնավոր հատվածի ներգրավմանը՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով օժանդակել պետություն-կրթական հաստատություն-մասնավոր հատված եռանկյունու շրջանակում արդյունավետ գործակցության ծավալմանը:
Իգնատի Առաքելյանը հավելել է, որ ինքը մշտապես բաց է քննարկելու ցանկացած առաջարկ, ինչպես նաև աջակցել ուսանողների արտադրական պրակտիկանների անցկացմանը:
Համալսարանի ռեկտոր Արշալույս Թարվերդյանն իր ելույթում նույնպես կարևորել է գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման համար նախատեսվող ծրագրերի իրականացման գործում համապատասխան որակավորման կադրերի առկայությունը՝ ընդգծելով, որ վերջին տարիների ընթացքում համալսարանում բարենպաստ նախադրյալներ են ստեղծվել բարձր մասնագիտական գիտելիքներով օժտված կադրերի պատրաստման և միջազգային կապերի բարելավման ու ընդլայնման համար:
Հանդիպման ավարտին նախարարը պատասխանել է խորհրդի անդամների հարցերին, որոնք վերաբերում էին մասնավորապես խորհրդատվական համակարգերի բարելավմանը, գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի կենտրոնների ստեղծմանը, ինչպես նաև գյուղատնտեսության մասին օրենքի մշակմանը:
Նախարարը կարևորել է բարձրացված խնդիրները և հավաստիացրել, որ ՀԱԱՀ գիտնականների օգնությամբ դրանց համապատասխան ընթացք կտրվի:
