Ոստիկանների կողմից գողության դեպքը թաքցնելու հաղորդման հիման վրա քրգործ է հարուցվել

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքի բնակիչ Ալիդա Ղ.-ն հայտնել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելու վերաբերյալ տվյալներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատ վական ծառայությունից:
Մասնավորապես՝ Ալիդա Ղ.-ն հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին՝ ժամը 15:40-ի սահմաններում, երբ գտնվել է աշխատանքի վայրում, իրեն է զանգահարել դուստրը՝ Մարի Հ.-ն, և հայտնել, որ իրենց տան պատուհանը բաց է, իսկ տան իրերը` ամբողջությամբ խառնված: Ինքը զանգահարել է ՀՀ ոստիկանություն և հաղորդել կատարվածի մասին: Դեպքից քիչ անց ինքը գնացել է տուն և նկատել, որ տնից բացակայում են ոսկյա և արծաթյա զարդեր, կանխիկ գումար:
Ահազանգով իրենց տուն եկած ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները խոստացել են գտնել գողություն կատարած անձանց և խնդրել են իրեն հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում տալու փոխարեն, արձանագրության մեջ նշել, թե, իբր, տան խառնաշփոթ վիճակն առաջացրել է դուստրը, ինչն էլ ինքը կատարել է, մինչդեռ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները, չարաշահելով իրենց լիազորությունները, դեպքին օրինական ընթացք չեն տվել:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
