Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այս տարի մեր պետությունը որոշեց, որ բյուջետային խնայողությունների համար պետք է ոչ թե թալանչիների ձեռքը բռնի, այլ պետք է չբարձրացնի ժողովրդի աշխատավարձն ու թոշակը։ Հիշում եմ նախորդ տարիներին ԱԺ-ի մի ամբողջ նստաշրջանում ինչպես էին քննարկում նվազագույն աշխատավարձի շեմը և վերջում որոշում իբրև թե բարձրացնել այն՝ գրոշներով։ Հիմա ուզում եմ հասկանալ, եթե աշխատավարձ չեք բարձրացնում, իսկ բարձրացնելու դեպքում էլ 1000-2000 դրամը լավ կլորիկ գումար եք անվանում, ուրեմն ինչու եք այդքան հեշտ որոշում , որ զոհված կամ վիրավորված զինվորների ընտանիքների սոց. վիճակի բարելավման համար մարդիկ՝ նախորդ տարի նվազագույն աշխատավարձի շեմը բարձրացրած 1000 դրամը պետք է տան ձեզ։ Եթե պետությունը ժողովրդի հարկերը նորմալ տնօրինել չգիտի , ուրեմն սա էլ ինչ պետություն, եթե թալանում են՝ թող հետ բերեն թալանը, իսկ եթե այդ 1000 դրամներն էլ են գրպանելու ուրմեն առավել ևս արդարացնում եմ հասարակության դժգոհությունը։ 
Իսկ Ֆեյսբուքյան քարոզիչներին մի բան խորհուրս կտամ, մի փորձեք ծաղրել ժողովրդի սերը բանակի և զինվորի նկատմամբ, մենք հո լավ գիտենք թե որքան է ցավում այս ժողովրդի սիրտն իր զինվորի համար, և որքան թքած ունեն նրանց ճակատագրերի վրա անտաղանդ և մարդու կերպարանաքից զուրկ ՊՆ և ԱԺ այսպես կոչված գեներալները։ Այս ժողովուրդւ վատ է ապրել 25 տարի, քանի որ բանակ է պահել, այս ժողովուրդը ապրիլյան օրերին լավ գիտակցելով որ իր՝ բանակի համար մուծած հարկերը թալանվել են, շարունակեց իր վերջին լուման տալ այս կամ այն բարեգործությանը։


Հ.Գ չնայած այս չքավորությանը ժողովուրդը հասկանում է, որ հազար դրամով չի հարստալու ոչ էլ աղքատանալու է, ուղղակի ա չի վստահում այս պետությանը, որը թալանել է զինվորի բաժինը, և նույնիսկ ապրիլյան օրերին հավաքված գումարն է գրպանել, և բ. ուղղակի սկզբունքի հարց է՝ քանի որ եթե պետությունը ամեն հարց բարեգործությամբ է լուծում, թող դռները փակեն գնան տուն, ժողովուրդւ կինքնակազմակերպվի այնպես, ինչպես դա արես ապրիլյան օրերին։
