Հայաստանի 3700 քաղաքացու համար հանվել է ՌԴ մուտքի արգելանքը

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն մուտքի արգելանք ունեցող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների արգելքը հանելու գործընթացում լուրջ առաջընթաց կա, ինչը հայ-ռուսական արդյունավետ համագործակցության արդյունք է: Եթե գործընթացի սկզբում Հայաստանի միգրացիոն ծառայության ուղարկած դիմումների միայն 23 տոկոսի պատասխաններն էին հետ գալիս, ապա հիմա՝ 63 տոկոսը, կամ 3 դիմումից երկուսի դեպքում դրական պատասխան է գալիս: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ միգրացիոն պետական ծառայության պետ Գագիկ Եգանյանը:
«Սա շատ աշխատատար գործընթաց է, որովհետև յուրաքանչյուր անձի հետ առանձին աշխատանք է տարվում, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրին բացատրվում է դիմում գրելու ձևը, բովանդակությունը, ինչ փաստաթղթեր է պետք ներկայացնել, որովհետև շատ դեպքերում նրանք տեղյակ էլ չեն՝ ինչ պետք է անեն: Մինչև այս պահը մեզ 11 հազար անձ է դիմել Ռուսաստան մուտքի արգելանքը հանելու խնդրանքով: Մենք արդեն 9500 դիմում ուղարկել ենք Ռուսաստանի միգրոցիոն ծառայություն և ստացել ենք 7500 պատասխան: Այսօրվա դրությամբ, արդեն կարողացել ենք 3700 անձի համար հանել արգելանքը, ինչը եղել է լարված և ծանրա բեռնված աշխատանքի արդյունքում»,- ասաց Եգանյանը:
Եգանյանն ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ միգրացիոն պետական ծառայությունը ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին այս ծառայությունը մատուցում է բացարձակապես անվճար, շատ սրտացավ վերաբերմունքով: «Մենք դրա համար առանձնացրել ենք մի բաժին, որն իր կանոնադրական գործառույթներից դուրս կատարում է այդ աշխատանքը, որովհետև մեր կանոնադրության մեջ նման գործառույթ նախատեսված չէ: Սակայն մենք առանց տրտնջալու անում ենք այս ծանր, դժվար, բայց խիստ կարևոր աշխատանքը: Մի կարևոր հանգամանք էլ նշեմ, որ նման ձևաչափի համագործակցություն չկա որևէ այլ երկրի հետ: Սա հայ-ռուսական արդյունավետ համագործակցության լավ օրինակ է»,- ընդգծեց միգրացիոն ծառայության պետը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե լինում են դեպքեր, երբ ՌԴ միգրացիոն ծառայության կայքում երևում է, որ անձի արգելանքը հանված է, սակայն նրանց օդանավակայանից հետ են ուղարկում՝ պնդելով, որ արգելանքը դեռ հանված չէ, Եգանյանը պատասխանեց. «Այո, ցավոք, լինում են նման դեպքեր, սակայն ընդամենը 3-4 տոկոսի դեպքում է դա լինում: Դա կապված է նրա հետ, որ արգելանքը հանելուց հետո այդ տեղեկատվությունը ժամանակին չի հասնում սահմանապահ ծառայությանը: Այսինքն, միգրացիոն ծառայությունը պետք է այդ տեղեկատվությունն ուղարկի սահմանապահ ծառայություն, որը պետք է տեղայնացնի այն: Մեծ երկ իր է, մեծ համակարգ է գործում, ուստի նման դեպքեր էլ կարող են լինել, սակայն դրանք ժամանակի ընթացքում կարգավորվում են»,- ընդգծեց Եգանյանը:
Նա նկատեց, որ Ռուսաստանի միգրացիոն ծառայությունն էլ բավականին ծանրաբեռնված է աշխատում, որպեսզի որքան հնարավոր է արագ խնդիրները կարգավորվեն: Եգանյանի խոսքով՝ ռուսական միգրացիոն ծառայությունը Հայաստանից ուղարկած յուրաքանչյուր դիմում ուսումնասիրելու համար աշխատող է առանձնացնում, որը պետք է ուսումնասիրի դիմող անձի գործունեությունը Ռուսաստանում, որի հիման վրա էլ հետագայում որոշում է կայացվում:
Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ ՀՀ միգրացիոն ծառայության պետը նկատեց, որ երկու երկրների միգրացիոն ծառայությունների համագործակցությունը հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության լավ օրինակ է:
