Լարված իրավիճակ Հայկ Կյուրեղյանի գործով դատական նիսին

Երևանի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում այսօր տեղի ունեցավ Շանթ Հարությունյանի և ընկերների գործով առաջին դատական նիստի օրը նույն դատարանի դիմաց քաղաքական ակցիա անցկացրած Հայկ Կյուրեղյանի գործով դատական նիստը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Շանթ Հարությունյանի և ընկերների գործով առաջին դատական նիստի ժամանակ Կյուրեղյանը բարձրացել է դատարանի դիմաց կայանված մեքենաներից մեկի վրա և «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակով կրակոցներ արձակել:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որով տուժող են ճանաչվել դեպքի օրը տարածքում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկաններն ու քաղաքացին, ում մեքենայի վրա կանգնել է Հայկ Կյուրեղյանը:
Նախորդ դատական նիստի ժամանակ գործով դատախազը հանդես է եկել մեղադրական ճառով՝ դատարանից պահանջելով Կյուրեղյանին դատապարտվել 14 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Դատական նիստն այսօր սկսվեց առանց Կյուրեղյանի, քանի որ վերջինս նիստերի դահլիճից հեռացված է: Այս հանգամանքը դահլիճում ներկա քաղաքացիների շրջանում բողոքի ալիք բարձրացրեց, վերջիններս սկսեցին պահանջել, որպեսզի Կյուրեղյանին նիստերի դահլիճ բերեն:
Դատավորը ընդմիջում հայտարարեց, որի ընթացքում քաղաքացիները նիստերի դահլիճում գտնվող դատախազին հարցրեցին, թե արդյոք նա կարողանում է քնել գիշերը, արդյոք նրա խիղճ չի տանջում իրեն: Դատախազը չպատասխանեց նրանց, ինչից հետո քաղաքացիները սկսեցին վանկարկել «ամոթ»:
Քիչ անց դատական կարգադրիչները դահլիճում ներկա գտնվողներին հայտնեցին, որ տեխնիկական խնդիրների պատճառով նիստերի դահլիճը փոխվում է: Պարզվեց, որ նոր դահլիճը մյուսից անհամեմատ փոքր է, որտեղ հնարավոր չէր տեղավորել անգամ հավաքված քաղաքացիների կեսին:
Դահլիճում տեղավորվեցին միայն լրագրողներն ու մի քանի քաղաքացիներ: Կյուրեղյանի հայրը հրաժարվեց մտնել դահլիճ՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ նրան թույլատրում էին: Այս պահին դատարանի միջանցքում շարունակվում է իրավիճակը լարված մնալ:
Դատական նիստը քիչ անց դարձյալ վերսկսվեց, սակայն դահլիճում ներկա գտվող մի քանի քաղաքացիներ դարձյալ պահանջեցին դահլիճ բերել Կյուրեղյանին, ինչպես նաև դատարանի միջանցքում կանգնած քաղաքացիներին: Իրավիճակը դահլիճում դարձավ անկառավարելի, դատարանը նիստը հետաձգեց մինչև այսօր՝ ժամը 15:00-ը:
