Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՀՀ նախընտրական գործընթացներն աստիճանաբար մտնում են մրցակցային դաշտ, և զարգացումները հաջորդում են մեկը մյուսին: Որպես կանոն՝ ընտրությունների նախաշեմին քաղաքական դաշտում գործող ուժերը ներսում «սանիտարական» միջոցառումներ են սկսում:
ՀՀ-ում այսօր առավել քննարկվող և սպասելի միջոցառումը ՀՀԿ առաջիկա համագումարն է, որով կուսակցությունն իր դիրքորոշումն ու տեսլականը կհստակեցնի ընտրություններին ընդառաջ: Ըստ տեղեկությունների` այդ համագումարում հստակեցումներ կմտցվեն կուսակցության համամասնական ցուցակի և քաղաքական թիմի վերաբաշխման հարցերում: Հարկ է նշել, որ հասարակության մի հատվածի ուշադրությունն ավելի շատ կենտրոնացած է վարչապետի՝ ՀՀԿ-ին անդամակցության խնդրի վրա:
Այս հարցի վերաբերյալ տարբեր վերլուծաբաններ և քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներ իրենց վերաբերմունքն արդեն արտահայտել են. մասնավորապես կարծիքներից և թեզերից կարելի է առանձնացնել այն պնդումները, թե Կարապետյանն իր անդամակցությամբ կկորցնի ինքնուրույնությունը, չի կարող շարունակել իր սկսած գործընթացները, որոնք, ի դեպ, հանրության տարբեր շերտերի մոտ հույս և վստահություն են առաջացրել:
Սակայն նշեմ, որ գործադիրի ղեկավարի` իշխանական կուսակցության անդամակցելը ևս ունի իր հիմնավորումը. նախ՝ վարչապետի փոփոխությունը կատարվել է նախագահի որոշմամբ, ով նաև իշխող կուսակցության նախագահն է։ Չի կարող վարչապետն աշխատել՝ հաշվի չառնելով կուսակցության որոշումներն ու տարվող քաղաքական կուրսը։ Դա երկրում կստեղծի նոնսենս, և երկրորդ՝ երկրի պետական բարձր պաշտոնյան՝ որպես անհատականություն, պետք է ունենա իր քաղաքական թիմը և որպես հենարան ունենա լուրջ թիմային աջակցություն:
Կարծում եմ՝ անիմաստ է փնտրել ավելորդ ինտրիգներ, և աբստրակտ դատողություններ անել, ընդամենը պետք է փաստել, որ կարևորն արդյունավետ աշխատանքն է, և երկրի առաջ ծառացած մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու համար նորմալ մարտավարությամբ աշխատելը:
