ՄԱԿ-ն «արաբական գարունից» կորուստները գնահատել է 614 մլրդ դոլար

ՄԱԿ-ում հաշվել են, որ Մերձավոր Արեւելքում «արաբական գարունից» երկրների տնտեսական կորուստները 2011 թվականից ի վեր ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում կազմել Է 614 մլրդ դոլար, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:
614 մլրդ դոլարը 2011-2015 թվականներին տարածաշրջանի ՀՆԱ-ի 6 տոկոսն Է, ասված Է ՄԱԿ-ի՝ Արեւմտյան Ասիայի համար տնտեսական եւ սոցիալական հանձնաժողովի հաշվետվության մեջ:
Հաշվարկների համար օգտագործվել են արաբական երկրների տնտեսական աճի կանխատեսումները, որոնք արվել են մինչեւ 2011 թվականը: Սա վնասի առաջին գնահատումն Է, որն արվել Է հեղինակավոր միջազգային կազմակերպության կողմից:
Կորուստները գնահատելիս օգտագործվել են նաեւ կողմնակի հետեւանքները՝ փախստականների հոսքը, աշխատանքային միգրանտների դրամական փոխանցումների կրճատումը, տուրիստական բիզնեսի անկումը:
Արաբական աշխարհի երկրներում բողոքի մի շարք շարժումներ են սկսվել 2011 թվականին: Իշխանությունների հետ քաղաքացիների բախումները իշխանափոխության հանգեցրին չորս երկրներում եւ պատերազմների՝ Լիբիայում, Սիրիայում եւ Եմենում:
Սիրիայում բողոքի ակցիաներն աստիճանաբար վերաճեցին քաղաքացիական պատերազմի, որում այժմ ներքաշված են Արեւմուտքն ու Ռուսաստանը: 2011 թվականից ի վեր այդ երկրի տնտեսական կորուստները գնահատվում են 259 մլրդ դոլար:
Զեկույցի հեղինակներն արձանագրում են, որ այն երկրներում, որտեղ բողոքի գործողությունների հետեւանքով իշխանափոխություն տեղի ունեցավ, նոր ղեկավարներն այդպես Էլ չկարողացան գլուխ հանել այն խնդիրներից, որոնք ցույցերի պատճառ Էին դարձել:
