ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման Կոնգրեսից եւս 11,6 միլիարդ դոլար Է պահանջել ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարելու համար, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով Սպիտակ տանը:
Մասնավորապես, Օբաման 5,8 միլիարդ դոլար Է պահանջել «Անսասան վճռականություն» գործողության շրջանակներում «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմ պայքարի եւ Աֆղանստանի զինված ուժերի օժանդակման համար:
Նշված Է, որ եւս 5,8 միլիարդ դոլար պլանավորվում Է ծախսել Պետդեպարտամենտի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության (USAID) գծով՝ «հակաահաբեկչական նպատակների համար», ներառյալ դիվանագիտությունը, դեսպանատների անվտանգությունը, փրկարարական գործողությունները եւ մարդասիրական օգնությունն ահաբեկչությունից տուժածներին:
«Ընդհանուր առմամբ այս ուղղումները 11,6 միլարդ դոլարի միջոցներ կհավելեն արտասահմանյան չնախատեսված ծախսերին, այս հոդվածով ընդհանուր պահանջը 2017 ֆինանսական տարում կկազմի 85,3 միլիարդ դոլար»,- ասված Է Օբամայի՝ Կոնգրեսին հղած նամակում, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
