Եթե քաշն ավելանում է, նշանակում է, որ ավելի շատ էներգիա ստանում եք, քան ծախսում: Հետևե՛ք ձեր սննդակարգին և այնպիսի սննդակարգ ընդունեք, որ ավելորդ կիլոգրամներին հետևելը հեշտ լինի:
Կատարելության ձգտել պետք չէ
Նիհարել ցանկացողների հիմնական սխալներից մեկը մոդելի չափսերին հասնելու միտումն է, սակայն մարմնի նորմալ քաշը սովորաբար մի քանի կիլոգրամով բարձր է կատարյալ քաշից:

Ճաշացանկում քիչ է մրգերի, բանջարեղենի, հատապտուղների քանակը
Սնվելու ռեժիմի բացակայություն Սնվում եք միայն բրդուճներով
Շատ եք օգտագործում սպիտակ հաց ու երշիկեղեն, որոնք այդքան էլ խորհուրդ չի տրվում
Չեք զբոսնում, քիչ եք շարժվում, շատ եք օգտվում տրանսպորտից
Քիչ եք քնում Սովորաբար մարդը պետք է 7-8 ժամ քնի:
