Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները հիմնված են բարեկամության և բարիդրացիական դարավոր ավանդույթների վրա և միջպետական և քաղաքական բարձր մակարդակների վրա են: ՀՀ ԱԺ և ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի միջև համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի 28-րդ նստաշրջանի մեկնարկին այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը:«Զարգանալով մեր ռազմավարական համագործակցությունը նոր մակարդակի է բարձրացել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը միանալու համատեքստում: Երկկողմ հարաբերությունների լայն լուսապատկերում ամենակարևոր տարրերից մեկը տարեցտարի ակտիվացող հայ-ռուսական խորհրդարանական համագործակցությունն է: Դրա վկայությունն են Դաշնային խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյի անցյալ տարվա պաշտոնական այցելությունը, Պետական Դումայի նախագահի աշխատանքային այցերը, մեր խորհրդարանների կոմիտեների համատեղ նիստերը և, իհարկե, մեր միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի ակտիվ աշխատանքները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Նաղդալյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ հանձնաժողովի պարբերական աշխատանքները թույլ են տալիս ուսումնասիրել տնտեսական համագործակցության վիճակը, բացահայտել խնդիրները և որոշել հեռանկարները, ապահովել անհրաժեշտ համաձայնեցված որոշումները խորհրդարանական մակարդակում: «Մեզ, իհարկե, միավորում է ոչ միայն առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցությունը: Մեզ միավորում են պատմական, մշակութային և հումանիտար կապերը: Առաջիկա նիստում մենք կքննարկենք հայ-ռուսական մշակութային համագործակցության և զբոսաշրջության զարգացման խնդիրները»,-ընդգծեց Նաղդալյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև մշակութային համագործակցության շրջանակներում իրականացվում են բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր: «Մեր երկրներում պարբերաբար բացվում են տարբեր թեմատիկ ցուցահանդեսներ, անց են կացվում համատեղ համերգներ, թատերական բեմադրություններ, կազմակերպվում են ստեղծագործ մտավորականության հանդիպումներ»,- հավելեց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:

Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը կարևորեց նաև երկու երկրների համագործակցությունը զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում: Նա նշեց, որ վերջին ժամանակներում կարելի է խոսել Հայաստանում ռուս զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքի լուրջ աճի մասին: Նրա խոսքով՝ զբոսաշրջությունը կարևոր է նաև նրանով, որ այն երկու ժողովուրդներին ուղղակի հաղորդակցվելու  հնարավորություն է տալիս, բարձրացնում է փոխադարձ վստահության մակարդակը, միմյանց նկատմամբ բարյացակամ վերաբերմունքը: «Մեր նպատակն է մշակութային-ճանաչողական զբոսաշրջության զարգացումը, միջտարածաշրջանային և միջազգային զբոսաշրջային փ ոխանակումների ավելացումը»,- ասաց նա:

Նաղդալյանը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ առաջիկա բոլոր քննարկումները և կատարված առաջարկները իրական խթան կհանդիսանան երկու երկրների առջև կանգնած խնդիրների լուծման գործում:
