Բանակում իրականացվելիք բարեփոխումների կարևորագույն օղակը «շարքային» զինվորն է

Ալեն Ղևոնդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Շատ հաճախ եմ շփվում ներկա ու նախկին զինծառայողների հետ: Ապրիլից հետո՝ առավել հաճախ: Զինծառայող զինվորի մտածողությունը ուրիշ է, հատկապես ռազմական կոնֆլիկտի մեջ գտնվող երկրում: Սակայն ապիլից հետո զինվորները շատ են փոխվել: Նրանց մի մասի մոտ առնվազն արժեքների ու աշխարհընկալման, լրջության մասով, իրավիճակի գնահատման առումով շատ բան է փոխվել:
Մեր իրականության մեջ այսօր ունենք մի վիճակ, որ երկրում ու հատկապես զինված ուժերում նախաձեռնված փոփոխությունները/բարեփոխումները չեն կարող անհաջողության մատնվել. հետևանքները կարող են կործանարար լինեն:
ցանկացած բանակ «պետություն» է պետության մեջ: Այն հասարակության ու հանրային բարոյագիտության խտացված արտացոլումն է, որի կառավորումն ու բարեփոխումը հեշտ գործ չէ: Նման համակարգերը, որոնք պահպանողական են իրենց բնույթով, միշտ հակադրվում են ցանկացած փոփոխությունների, նորամուծությունների, նոր գործելաոճի: Մի կողմից դա հասկանալի է. մյուս կողմից՝ արդյունավետության բարձրացումը ստիպում է նրանց ադապտացվել նոր, երբեմն ցավոտ իրողություններին:
Ու այդ փոփոխությունների մեջ հատկապես դաշտային ծառայության մասով առանցքային դերակատարում կարող է ունենալ «շարքային» զինվորը: «Որևէ մեկն» այդքան տեղեկացված չէ մեր բանակի, ծառայության կազմակերպման խնդիրներից, որքան զինվորը, ով այդ գործընթացների ակտիվ սուբյկետն/օբյեկտն է: Իհարկե, զինվորներով սահմանափակվել պետք չէ, քանի որ նրանք էլ շատ տարբեր են իրենց ընկալունակությամբ, մոտիվացվածությամբ, արժեքներով, վարքով ու կայացվածությամբ, զսպվածությամբ, սակայն հասցեական բարեփոխումների համար զինվորի կարծիքը առանցքային կարող է լինել:
