Քըրք Քըրքորյանի կտակի գումարներից $1 մլրդ.-ով ՀՀ-ում կարելի է հրաշք գործել. Վարդան Օսկանյան

Քըրք Քըրքորյանի կտակի գումարներից 1 միլիարդ դոլարով Հայաստանում հնարավոր է առաջիկա 5 տարիների ընթացքում հրաշք գործել: Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում նշեց ՀՀ նախկին արտգործնախարար, «Համախմբում» կուսակցության ղեկավար Վարդան Օսկանյանը:

Օսկանյանն ընդգծեց, որ Քըրք Քըրքորյանի կողմից կատարված 300 մլն դոլար ներդրման շնորհիվ Հայաստանում հնարավոր եղավ 4 տարի շարունակ ապահովել երկնիշ թվով տնտեսական աճ, իսկ այսօր այդ գումարները գտնվում են մի քանի հոգու տնօրինության տակ:

«Ես ասում եմ չուշացնենք, պետք է արագ շարժվել, չի կարելի այս հարցին մատների արանքով նայել: Այդ գումարի առկայությունը ինքնին բավարար է, որ մի քանի այլ միլիարդներ նաև բերել. փողը փող է բերում: Ես տեսնում եմ այդ հնարավորությունը, դրա համար էլ պետք է առաջ շարժվել: Պետք է հանձնաժողով ստեղծել` մարդկանցով, որոնք ժողովրդի անվերապահ վստահությունն ունեն: Պետք է վստահ լինենք, որ այդ փողը ժողովրդի և երկրի համար է օգտագործվելու»,-ընդգծեց Օսկանյանը:

Նրա գնահատմամբ` այդ գումարները դեռ հնարավոր է տրամադրվեն Հայաստանին, սակայն անհրաժեշտ է քաղաքական փոփոխություններ կատարել միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանելու համար: Որպես քաղաքական փոփոխությունների կարևորագույն քայլ Օսկանյանը առանձնացրեց առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների` ժողովրդավար պետությանը հարիր անցկացումը:
