Հայաստանի ազգային հերոս. «Այո՛, վաճառում ենք Ադրբեջանին զենք, և ի՞նչ...»

Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի անդամ, Հայաստանի ազգային հերոս Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովն ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հարցերին պատասխանելիս անդրադարձել է ՌԴ-ի կողմից Ադրբեջանին միլիարդավոր դոլարի զենք վաճառելուն, որին շատ տարօրինակ պատասխան է տվել. «Դա հին հարց է։ Այո՛, զենք է վաճառում, և ի՞նչ։ Դա չի նշանակում, որ մենք դիտմամբ զենք ենք վաճառում, որպեսզի կռիվ լինի»,- ասել է մեր երկրի ազգային հերոսը։
Իսկ որպեսզի ազերիներին զենք չվաճառեն, Ռիժկովը խորհուրդ է տվել արագ լուծել ղարաբաղյան կոնֆլիկտը։
Ռուսաստանցի օրենսդիրը կրկին փորձում է մեզ համոզել, որ Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելն ընդամենը բիզնես է և Մոսկվայի կողմից հակահայկական քայլ չէ։ Ռիժկովի կարծիքով՝ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներից ամենախելացին ռուսներն են, քանի որ մյուս երկուսը՝ ԱՄՆ-ն և Ֆրանսիան, չեն «հասկանում», որ կարելի է գումար աշխատել և զենք վաճառել հայերին և ադրբեջանցիներին։ Հիշեցնեմ, որ պաշտոնական Փարիզը և Վաշինգտոնը զենք չեն վաճառում Արցախյան հակամարտության կողմերից ոչ մեկին։ Ռիժկովն ակամայից ընդունում է, որ հենց իրենց կողմից ազերիներին վաճառված զենքն է, որ հրահրում է Բաքվին նոր պատերազմ սանձազերծել Արցախյան հակամարտության գոտում։ Իսկ վերջում Հյաստանի ազգային հերոսը դիմում է տարրական շանտաժի՝ կլուծեք ղարաբաղյան կոնֆլիկտը, էլ զենք չենք վաճառի Բաքվին։ Այսինքն, եթե չլուծվի, ապա, ըստ Ռիժկովի, Մոսկվան կշարունակի սպառազինությունների մրցավազքը տարածաշրջանում՝ միլիարդավոր դոլլարների զենք վաճառելով թե՛ մեզ, թե՛ թուրքերին։
Ռիժկովի այս հայտարարությունն ապացուցում է, որ ԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ՀԵՐՈՍԻ կոչում շնորհելուց առաջ պետք է շատ երկար մտածել և նոր այն տրամադրել։
Ռիժկովը որքան էլ «սիրի» մեր երկիրը, ամենից առաջ կմտածի իր հայրենիքի՝ Ռուսաստանի շահերի մասին, որոնք շատ դեպերում չեն համընկնում մեր շահերի հետ։ Այս պարագայում Ն. Ռիժկովի նման մոտեցումը ուժեղացնում է մեր թշնամուն և թուլացնում է այն երկիրը՝ Հայաստանը, որի ազգային հերոսն է հենց ինքը՝ Ռիժկովը...
