Երեք բուհերում 6 մասնագիտության կրթական ծրագրեր արտաքին գնահատում են անցնում

ՏԵՄՊՈՒՍ-ի ALIGN ծրագրի շրջանակներում հայաստանյան երեք բուհերի երկուական մասնագիտության կրթական ծրագրեր արտաքին գնահատում են անցնում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՈԱԱԿ հասարակության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նոյեմբերի 6-12-ը եվրոպացի և տեղացի փորձագետներից ու որակի ապահովման գործակալությունների մասնագետներից բաղկացած խումբն ուսումնասիրություն է կատարում Երևանի Գեղարվեստի պետական ակադեմիայում, Երևանի Մ. Հերացու անվան պետական բժշկական համալսարանում և Երևանի Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան պետական լեզվահասարակագիտական համալսարանում:
Արտաքին գնահատում են անցնում ԵԳՊԱ-ում «Դիզայն» և «Համակարգչային գրաֆիկա», ԵՊԲՀ-ում «Ընդհանուր բժշկություն» և «Դեղագործություն», ԵՊԼՀ-ում` «Կրթության կառավարում» և «Թարգմանչական գործ» մասնագիտությունների կրթական ծրագրերը:
Ծրագրի մասնակից բուհերը եվրոպացի գործընկերների և Մասնագիտական կրթության որակի ապահովման ազգային կենտրոնի (ՈԱԱԿ) հետ համագործակցությամբ վերանայել են դիտարկվող մասնագիտությունների կրթական ծրագրերը, իրականացրել ինքնավերլուծություն: Այժմ իրականացվում է արտաքին գնահատման գործընթացը, որին կհաջորդի մասնագետների խորհրդատվությունը բարելավման ուղղությամբ:
Փորձագիտական խմբում ընդգրկված են Իռլանդիայի Դան Լիրիի արվեստների, դիզայնի և տեխնոլոգիաների համալսարանի դասախոս Դեյվիդ Քուինը, Լեհաստանի Ադամ Մեցկևիչի անվան համալսարանի դասախոս Զբիգնև Պալկան, Լյուվենի կաթոլիկ համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Անդրե Գովաերտը, Կենտրոնական և Արևելյան Եվրոպայում բարձրագույն կրթության որակի ապահովման ցանցի նախագահ Իրինգ Ուոսերը, Մասնագիտական կրթության որակի ապահովման ազգային կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Թոփչյանը: Փորձագիտական խմբում ընդգրկված են նաև տեղացի փորձագետներ, գործատուներ և ուսանող-փորձ ագետներ, իսկ ՈԱԱԿ մասնագետները հետևում են գործընթացին որպես դիտորդներ:
«Ակադեմիական ծրագրերի և որակավորման շրջանակների միջև համապատասխանության ուսումնասիրություն և հաստատում»-ը (ALIGN) եռամյա ծրագիր է, որի նպատակն է ապահովել որակավորումների համապատասխանությունը, փոխանցելիությունը և հասկանալիությունը՝ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների համար ներդնելով և զարգացնելով մեխանիզմներ, որոնց միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի հասնել որակավորումների շրջանակի և կրթական ծրագրերի համապատասխանությանը:
