ՌԱԿ-ն ու ՍԴՀԿ-ն հայտարարություն են տարածել սիրիահայերի վերաբերյալ

 Ս.Դ. Հնչակյան կուսակցությունը և Ռամկավար Ազատական  կուսակցությունը համատեղ հայտարարություն են տարածել Սիրիայում տիրող իրավիճակի և տեղի հայության ապագայի վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ստորև ներկայացնում է հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ:

«Հայ ազգային Սոցիալ Դեմոկրատ Հնչակյան և Ռամկավար Ազատական կուսակցությունները խոր անհանգստությամբ են հետևում Սիրիայում և հատկապես Հալեպում տեղի ունեցող ողբերգական իրադարձություններին, որոնք անմիջապես հարվածում  են տեղի հայ գաղութի ֆիզիկական անվտանգությանը, ոչնչացնում տասնյակ տարիների աշխատանքի արդյունքում ստեղծված հայ կրթական, մարզական, բարեսիրական հաստատությունները: Երկու կուսակցությունները մեծապես կարևորում են Սիրիայում հայ համայնքի շարունակականության խնդիրը՝ իբրև Միջին Արևելքում աշխարհաքաղաքական գործոն, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ չեն կարող հանգիստ հետևել, թե ահաբեկիչների գործողությունների հետևանքով ինչպես են զոհվում կամ վիրավորվում մեր հայրենակիցները: 

Ելնելով վերոնշյալից, ՌԱԿ-ն ու ՍԴՀԿ-ն հայտարարում են.

  1. Հալեպի շուրջ ստեղծված աննախադեպ իրավիճակը պահանջում է ոչ միայն քաղաքական կուսակցությունների, այլև ողջ հայության համախմբում, ինչն էլ պետք է հանգեցնի հստակ  քայլերի՝ սիրիահայության փրկության հարցում:
  2. Պետք է իրականացնել մեր այն հայրենակիցների շտապ տարհանումը, ովքեր չեն ցանկանում մնալ Սիրիայում, սակայն նաև հնարավորություն չունեն դուրս գալ այնտեղից:
  3. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը պետք է մշակի և իրականացնի գործնական քայլեր՝ Հայաստան ներգաղթել ցանկացող սիրիահայերի ապրուստի և աշխատանքի ապահովման հարցում, որպեսզի վերջիններս չմտածեն այլ երկրներ արտագաղթելու մասին:
  4. Անհրաժեշտ է մշակել պետական քաղաքականություն և ներգաղթի հայեցակարգ՝ ունենալով հստակ դիրքորոշում՝ ներգաղթել ցանկացող հայրենակիցներին Հայաստան տեղափոխելու, նրանց կեցության համար անհրաժեշտ բնակարանային եւ այլ կարիքները հոգալու, ինչպես նաև՝ հետագայում հասարակությանը ինտեգրելու հարցում»:
