«Վերջերս ոստիկանությունը հատուկ հաղորդագրությամբ զգուշացրեց բնակչությանը տրանսպորտի մեջկատարվող գողությունների ծավալի մեծացման մասին և հորդորեց զգոն լինել ու չդառնալ գրպանահատներիզոհ:
Իրոք, մեկ-երկու անգամ անձամբ իմ աչքի առաջ են գրպանահատները փորձել ուղևորի պայուսակից որևէարժեքավոր իր թռցնել: Բարեբախտաբար դա նկատվել է և կանխվել: Իսկ գրպանահատները պարզապեսփախուստի են դիմել:
Հասարակական տրանսպորտում սովորաբար գողերի թիրախ են դառնում կանանց պայուսակները ևտղամարդկանց գրպանները: Եթե գրպանահատին չի հաջողվում դրամապանակ փախցնել, ապա նրանքմխիթարվում են գոնե բջջային հեռախոս գողանալով:
Ի դեպ, ինչպես վստահեցնում են ոստիկանության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա բաժանմունքում, գողերի համար դաիսկական արվեստի է վերածվել: Այսինքն՝ գրպանահատներն ամենայն մանրամասնությամբ գիտեն, թեգողանալուց հետո ինչ մեթոդներ կիրառեն, որպեսզի իրենց հնարավոր չլինի հայտնաբերել, ինչպես և որտեղիրացնեն գողոնը:
Բջջային օպերատորներն ու ոստիկանությունը վստահեցնում են, որ Հայաստանում բջջային հեռախոսներիգողության և դրանց հայտնաբերման մասին վիճակագրություն գոյություն չունի, սակայն հարևան-բարեկամների, ծանոթ-ընկերների գողացված ու գտնված հեռախոսների քանակով կարելի է որոշակիեզրահանգումներ անել, թե որքան զգոն և օպերատիվ են աշխատում ոստիկանները, և որքան հմուտ ենգործում հեռախոսների գողության մեջ մասնագիտացած հանցագործները»,-գրում է թերթը:
