Լևոն Շիրինյան. Թալիշի վերաբնակեցումը դեռ քայլի կեսն է
INTERVIEW
Թալիշի վերաբնակեցումն այս պահի դրությամբ պետության առաջ ծառացած ամենակարևոր խնդիրներից մեկն է: Ազգային ժողովի պատվիրակության՝ օրերս Արցախ կատարած այցի ժամանակ ևս անդրադարձ է կատարվել Թալիշի վերաբնակեցման խնդրին:
ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ առաջին հերթին պետությունը փորձում է հոգալ տեղահանվածների կարիքները: «Ինչպես հայտնի է, թալիշցիներն ապաստան են գտելմի քանի բնակավայրում, մասնավորապես Ալաշան կոչված տեղամասում: Իսկ ներկայում Թալիշում բնակելի կառուցապատման և վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում: Հաջորդ փուլում կսկսվենվերաբնակեցման աշխատանքները, հուսով ենք, որ պատմական Թալիշը շուտով կվերաբնակեցվի»,– ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ արդյունքում բոլորը կվերադառնան Թալիշ և անկախդժվարություններից կապրեն ու կարարեն իրենց հողի վրա:
Նրա խոսքով՝ կան մարդիկ, որոնք այս պահի դրությամբ էլ ցանկանում են վերադառնալ Թալիշ, բայց այս հարցում հապճեպ որոշումներ կայացնել չեն կարող:
«Մենք հակված ենք ժամանակի հետևից չընկնել, չկա տեսլական, թե երբ մարդիկ նորից կվերադառնան Թալիշ, կարևորը անվտանգության չափազանց բարձր մակարդակ ապահովելն է, մենք չենք կարող բնակիչներինթիրախ դարձնել, պետք է անվտանգության այնպիսի լայնածավալ միջոցներ ներդնել, որ հնարավոր հարձակման դեպքում մարդիկ ի վիճակի լինեն իրենց անվտանգությունն ապահովել», ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
Քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանի կարծիքով՝ Թալիշի վերաբնակեցումը կես քայլ է, իշխանությունները չպետք է այն կեցվածքն ընդունեն, թե Թալիշի հարցը լուծել են, տարածքը, նախ և առաջ, պետք է ազատագրվի:
«Եթե Թալիշի ազատագրման ու վերաբնակեցման հարցը չշտկվի, ադրբեջանցիներն ավելի առաջ են ձգտելու: Այս վիճակը նրանց հրահրում է նորից շարունակել ստոր գործողությունները: Թալիշը մեր հայրենիքն է, այն պետք է արագ ազատագրվի զավթիչներից, քանի թալիշցիները չեն ցրվել աշխարհով մեկ: Եթե Հայաստանից դուրս գան, մեծ մասն էլ հետ չի վերադառնա»,– ասաց Լևոն Շիրինյանը՝ նկատելով, որ Ադրբեջանիցանկությունն էլ այն է, որ նմանատիպ դիվերսիոն գործողություններով ու ավանտյուրաներով դատարկի մեր և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի սահմանամերձ շրջանները:
