Արարատի խաղողագործներին խոստացել են մինչև տարեվերջ մարել 2015-ին մթերված խաղողի դիմաց պարտքը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը նոյեմբերի 9-ին ընդունել է Արարատի մարզի Քաղցրաշեն և հարակից մի շարք այլ համայնքների խաղողագործներին: Հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը, «Հայաստանի խաղողագործների միություն» ՀԿ նախագահ Արտակ Սարգսյանը, «Վինար» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն Ավետիք Գալստյանը և «Արմա Ալկո» ՍՊԸ-ի ներկայացուցիչը: Հանդիպման նպատակն էր շահագրգիռ կողմերի մասնակցությամբ քննարկել 2015 թվականին մթերված խաղողի դիմաց չվճարված ֆինանսական պարտավորությունների կատարման հարցը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպման ընթացքում խաղողագործներին ներկայացվել է մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն «Վինար» ՍՊԸ-ի և «Արմա Ալկո»-ի միջև կոնյակի սպիրտի վաճառքի իրականացման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ: Կողմերը վստահեցրել են, որ արվում է հնարավոր ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի գործընթացը կազմակերպվի ամենասեղմ ժամկետներում, և ամենաուշը մինչև տարեվերջ մարվեն բոլոր ֆինանսական պարտավորությունները: «Անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել բոլոր հնարավորությունները, որպեսզի գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին ունեցած պարտքերը մարվեն առավելագույնս սեղմ ժամկետում, և նախարարությունը պատրաստ է իր իրավասության սահմաններում ձեռնարկել բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները, որպեսզի գործընթացն առավել արագ ընթանա»,- նշել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը: ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը տեղեկացրել է նաև, որ «Վեդի Ալկո» ընկերությունը սպիրտի վաճառքի դիմաց ստացել է գումարի մի մասը՝ 54 մլն դրամը, և այսօրվանից սկսել է խաղողագործների պա րտքերի մարման գործընթացը: Նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանին հանձնարարվել է խիստ վերահսկողություն իրականացնել նշված գործընթացի նկատմամբ և ընթացքի վերաբերյալ պարբերաբար տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել համայնքապետերին` գյուղացիներին իրազեկելու նպատակով:
Նախարարը հորդորել է գյուղացիներին ցանկացած հարցի և դժգոհության դեպքում դիմել նախարարություն` վստահեցնելով, որ պատրաստակամ են ձեռնարկել բոլոր միջոցները խնդիրներին լուծում տալու համար:
