«Հայկական ժամանակ». Յուրի Խաչատուրովը ոչ տուն ունի, ոչ բիզնե՞ս

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը, որը տարիներ շարունակ զբաղեցնում էր ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոնը, Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով է ներկայացրել իր ունեցվածքի, եկամուտների հայտարարագիրը: 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 3-ի դրությամբ, երբ նա նշանակվեց նոր պաշտոնի, հայտարարագրում նշել է, որ անշարժ ու շարժական գույք չունի: Այսինքն՝ իր անունով գրանցված անշարժ գույք չի կարող լինել կառավարությանն առընթեր կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի գրանցամատյաններում:

Նա հայտարարագրել է միայն 20 հազար դոլար, 11 հազար եվրո եւ 7 միլիոն դրամ: Այս տարվա հունվարի մեկից մինչեւ ԱԱԽՔ նշանակվելը նա ՊՆ-ից ստացել է 8 միլիոն 671 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ: Որպես այլ եկամուտ հայտարարագրում նա նշել է, որ ստացել է 2.7 միլիոն դրամ միանվագ վճար, իսկ թե ինչի համար է եղել այդ վճարը եւ ով է եղել վճարողը մնում է անհայտ:

Յուրի Խաչատուրովի կինը՝ Սվետլանա Խաչատուրովան, էլ նախորդ տարվա իր հայտարարագրում նշել է, որ 3.5 միլիոն դրամ, 7 հազար դոլար եւ 2 հազար եվրո գումար ունի: Սվետլանա Խաչատուրովայի 2014 թվականի հայտարարագրի անշարժ գույքինվերաբերվող հատվածը թերի է լրացված: «Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձի ամուսնու հարկային տարում ձեռք բերած եւ օտարած անշարժ գույքը» սյունակում երկու անգամ գրաված է «պաշտպանված» բառը, որը հիմք է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ կամ վաճառել կամ գնել է անշարժ գույք, որը կարող է լինել բնակարան, առանձնատուն, ամառանոց, հող կամ հասարակական նշանակության շինություն: Իսկ անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերման կամ օտարման վերաբերյալ գործարքի բացակայության դեպքում հայտարարագրում, պարզապես գրում են «տվյալներ չկան» բառերը:

Բոլոր դեպքերում ստացվում է, որ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը փաստաթղթերով (այն առանց իր ստորագրության չի ներկայացվում հանձնաժողով) ո՛չ տուն ունի, ո՛չ էլ բիզնես:

Իսկ մամուլում ոչ միայն իր բիզնեսի՝ բիլիարդ ակումբի, այլ նաեւ շքեղ առանձնատան մասին հրապարակումներ կան, որոնց համաձայն այն ժամանակ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետը Կոտայքի մարզում երկհարկանի շքեղ առանձնատուն ունի»:
