Ինչպես արագացնել եղունգների աճը

Առողջ և գեղեցիկ եղունգների մասին երազում է ցանկացած կին: Պարզվում է, որ ինքներս կարող ենք թե խթանել եղունգների աճը, թե նպաստել դրանց ամրությանը:
1.Սկսեք ընդունել վիտամիններ և հանքային նյութեր: Դա կարագացնի ոչ միայն եղունգների աճը, այլև’ մազերի, ինչպես նաև կբարելավվի ընդհանուր ինքնազգացողությունն ու մաշկի վիճակը:
2.Կազմակերպեք եղունգների համար վաննաներ: Դրա համար օգտագործեք ծովի աղ և տաք ջուր: Այն կրկնեք շաբաթական երկու անգամից ոչ պակաս:
3.Եղունգները շփեք կիտրոնի հյութով (բնական): Շփել կարելի է ամեն օր, դա միայն կամրացնի եղունգները:
4.Վաճառքում կան նաև հատուկ միջոցներ, որոնք քսվում են եղունգների մակերեսին ու դրանք սնում անհրաժեշտ նյութերով, ինչը և կարագացնի դրանց աճը:
5. Վաղուց հայտնի է, որ եղունգները լավ աճում են կալցիումի առկայության դեպքում: Սակայն այն հաբերով ընդունել խորհուրդ չի տրվում. չի բացառվում, որ Ձեր օրգանիզմն ունի կալցիումի բավարար քանակ, իսկ դրանց ավելցուկը կարող է հանգեցնել երիկամներում քարերի առաջացման:
6. Եղունգների աճը հրաշալի կերպով խթանում է յոդը: Գեշերը եղունգներին բամբակե ձողիկով յոդ քսեք: Սակայն այստեղ ևս մի «բայց» կա. եթե այն ամբողջույթյամբ չի ներծծվում, ապա ստիպված կլինեք եղունգները մուգ գույնի լաքով ներկել:
7.Քսուք՝ եղունքների համար: Գնել կարելի է դեղատանը: Եթե դրանով շփեք եղունգները, ապա ոչ միայն կարագանա դրանց աճը, այլև կլավանա արտաքին տեսքը: Եղունգները կստանան առողջ փայլ, կամրանան, և դուք կմոռանաք դրանց կոտրվելու մասին:
