Ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանվել «հրեշ» վիրուսից

Ընդհանուր առմամբ ցուրտը, գլխի, կոկորդի և կրծքավանդակի մրսածությունը կարող են գրիպի առաջացման պատճառ դառնալ: Կարող են ի հայտ գալ ախտանիշներ` հազ, փռշտոց, մկանային ցավեր, կոկորդի շրջանում ցավեր, բարձր ջերմություն: Որպեսզի կարողանանք պաշտպանվել այս սարսափելի վիրուսից, պետք է նախ և առաջ ուսումնասիրել, թե ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում գրիպը:
Ի՞նչ է իրականում իրենից ներկայացնում գրիպը եւ ինչո՞վ է այն մրսածությունից տարբերվում: Գրիպի առաջացման հիմնական պատճառը գրիպի վիրուսն է, որը ներթափանցում է մարդու օրգանիզմ, բազմանում այնտեղ եւ առաջացնում հիվանդության ախտանիշներն ու այլ խնդիրներ: Կախված գրիպի տեսակից՝ վիրուսը կարող է մարդուց մարդու կամ կենդանիներից մարդուն փոխանցվել:
Մրսածությունը սովորաբար թեթեւ վիճակն է, որի ժամանակ լինում են հազ, փռշտոց, քթահոսություն, երբեմն էլ՝ ջերմություն: Այս ախտանշանները կարող են 1-3 օր շարունակվել, իսկ 4-րդ օրը պացիենտն իրեն արդեն լավ է զգում: Անկողնային ռեժիմ մրսածության ժամանակ չի պահանջվում:
Գրիպի ու դրա բարդություններից խուսափելու համար մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս հետևել այս խորհուրդներին՝ խուսափե´ք հիվանդների հետ շփումից, եթե հիվանդ եք, ապա մնացե´ք տանը, եթե հիվանդ եք, հրավիրեք տեղամասային մանկաբույժին, թերապևտին կամ ընտանեկան բժշկին, մի´ զբաղվեք ինքնաբուժմամբ, հագնվե´ք եղանակին համապատասխան, պահպանե´ք հազի և փռշտալու վարվելակարգը, օգտագործե´ք հնարավորինս շատ հեղուկներ, հաճախակի օդափոխե´ք փակ տարածքները:
Հիվանդների մեծ մասն ապաքինվում է 1-2 շաբաթվա ընթացքում, բայց երբեմն հիվանդությունը բարդանում է եւ կարող է ավարտվել վատ վերջաբանով։ Եթե հանկարծակի գրիպով հիվանդը շնչառության խնդիր է ունենում, շնչառության դժվարացում, կապտում են շուրթերը, ուժեղ ցավեր են առաջանում կրծքավանդակի եւ որովայնի շրջանում, լարվածություն է սկսվում, եթե միշտ պահպանվում է 39,5 աստիճանից բարձր ջերմությունը, ապա պետք է անհապաղ դիմել բժշկի։
