Յուրաքանչյուր աղջիկ երբևէ ունեցել է այս խնդիրը: Պզուկներն իսկական գլխացավանք են հատկապես որևէ կարևոր իրադարձությունից առաջ: Ինչպե՞ս ազատվել պզուկներից և ինչպե՞ս կանխել դրանց առաջացումը: Այս հարցը հուզում է բոլոր աղջիկներին անհիշելի ժամանակներից: Հասկանալու համար, թե ինչպես ազատվել պզուկներից, պետք է պարզել դրանց առաջանալու պատճառները:
Ինչի՞ց են առաջանում պզուկները: Պզուկներն առաջանում են մաշկի ճարպագեղձերի խցանումից: Այնուհետև թթվածնի հետ շփման դեպքում դրանց տեղում առաջանում է բորբոքում, ինչի հետևանքով մեր դեմքին առաջանում են սև կետեր կամ պզուկներ: Քաղցրավենիքը, թխվածքը, աղի սնունդը նպաստում են կորյակների հայտնվելուն: Պզուկները կարող են նաև սթրեսի հետևանք լինել:

Գոյություն ունեն նաև պզուկների առաջացումը կանխարգելող միջոցներ, որոնք ձեզնից մեծ ջանք չեն պահանջի: Սովորություն դարձրեք ամեն առավոտ և երեկո լվանալ դեմքը: Դրա համար օգտագործեք հատուկ դեմքը լվանալու համար նախատեսված միջոցներ: Դեմքը լվանալուց հետո խոնավացնող կրեմ քսեք: Օգտագործեք դեմքի սկրաբներ, որոնք կթարմացնեն մեռած մաշկը:
