Վանաձորի ավագանու երկրորդ նիստը կրկին չեղյալ է համարվել՝ քվորում չլինելու պատճառով։  «Լուսավոր Հայաստան», «Հայկական Վերածնունդ » և ԲՀԿ կուսակցությունների բոյկոտի քաղաքականությունը առայժմ, կարելի է ասել գործում է, քանի որ արդեն ավագանու երկրորդ նիստը տեղի չի ունենում։ Սա բավական հետաքրքիր իրավիճակ է խոստանում Վանաձորում, քանի որ քվորման բացակայությունը պարալիզացնում է քաղաքապետի աշխատունակությունը, որն էլ իր հերթին գրեթե սպառնալիքների լեզվով է խոսում։  Լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի հարցերին պատասխանելով վերջինս նշել է,  թե թող ընդդիմադիրները շարունակեն բոյկոտը և Վանաձորը չի ունենա բյուջե, չեն կատարվի ձնամաքրման աշխատանքներ և այլն։

Քաղաքակիրթ իրավիճակում նման հանգամանքների շարունակականության պարագայում սովորաբար պաշտոնատար անձինք հրաժարական են ներկայացնում, սակայն հասկանալի՝ է Վանաձորում նման հեռանկարը գրեթե հնարավոր չէ՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, թե ինչպես ներկայիս քաղաքապետն ընտրվեց։  Այստեղ արդեն հարց է առաջանում՝  երբ  Հանրապետական թեկնածուն տարատեսակ միջոցներով իր համար ավագանու անդամի 4 ձայն էր ապահովում, կանխատեսել էր արդյո՞ք նման զարգացում թե՝ ոչ։ Առայժմ տպավորություն է, որ ներկայիս քաղաքապետի գլխավոր թիրախը քաղաքապետ ընտրվելն էր, որը նրան ստացվեց քաղաքական դեմարշի արդյունքում, և ոչ թե Վանաձորում  իրավիճակի շտկման ցանկությունը։

Ընդ որում պետք է նշել, որ այս իրավիճակը բավական նրբերանգներ ունի, քանի որ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախօրեին Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում Հանրապետական թեկնածուին հաղթանակ ապահոված 4 անձանց բացահայտումը ծանր հարված կհասցնի ավագանու այդ անդամների կուսակցությանը։ Բանն այն է, որ Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի ընտրությունների ընթացքն արդեն իսկ քաղաքական սկանդալ էր, սակայն միայն այն փաստից, որ հայտնի չեն, թե ովքեր են դեմ գնացել իրենց  կուսակցության հայտարարությանը, սկանդալի պատասխանատուն դեռևս պարզ չէ՝ անկախ նրանից թե, որ կուսակցությանը ուղղված կլինեն քաղաքական գործարքի մեղադրանքները, իսկ բացահայտումից հետո իրավիճակը բոլորվին այլ կլինի։

Այս պայմաններում չի բացառվում, որ բոյկոտը լուրջ շարունակականություն ունենա ու ամենայն հավանականությամբ Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը կդնի ներկա քաղաքապետի ուսերին՝ պարզապես նշելով, որ  վերջինս  որպես քաղաքապետ թող լուծում գտնի։ Կկարողանա արդյոք ներկայիս քաղաքապետը օգտագործել այն միջոցները, որոցն շնորհիվ դարձավ քաղաքապետ և ապահովել քաղաքի ավագանում բնականոն աշխատանքը,  ժամանակը ցույց կտա, սակայն այս իրավիճակը հերթական անգամ ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանում սկզբնավորվում է նոր քաղաքական իրողություն, որի պայմաններում միայն ընտրություն հաղթելը տարբեր գործիքակազմեր կիրառելով, դեռևս բավարար չէ հաղթանակի պտուղները վայելելու համար։
