Հայ զինվորին երկու տարի պահում է ոչ թե պետությունը, այլ իր ծնողը

Ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո հատկապես բանակում ահռելի չափերի հասնող կոռուպցիայի վերացման մասին ավելի հաճախ սկսեց խոսվել, սակայն այդ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքար կա այժմ բանակում, թե ոչ, կարող են առաջին հերթին զգալ շարքային զինվորների ծնողները։
Ընդհանրապես հայ զինվորին իր ծնողն է պահում՝ սկսած սննդից, ներքին սպիտակեղենից, վերջացրած առնվազն համազգեստի շտկումներից կամ առհասարակ նոր համազգեստով ու որակյալ զինվորական կոշիկներով։ Որպես ծառայած և այժմ բանակում ծառայող ընկերներ ունեցող մարդ՝ փաստում եմ սա ցավով, քանի որ տարածաշրջանում ամենամարտունակ բանակը դառնալ հավակնող բանակում, որի մասին միայն պաթոսով խոսելուց են լավ մեզանում, տարրական, առաջին անհրաժեշտության պարագաներ ինքնուրույն չի կարող ապահովել զինվորին, և պետությունը, ում պարտքը տալու են գնում այս տղաները, այդ ծանր բեռը դարձյալ թողնում է ծնողի վրա՝ լավ իմանալով, որ ծնողը երկու կես կլինի ու կգտնի իր զինվորին պահելու եղանակը։
Հիմա Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, եթե իսկապես որոշակի ռեֆորմներ է սկսել բանակում, ապա հայ ծնողն այլևս ոչ մի լումա չպետք է ծախսի իր զինվորի վրա, բայց դեռևս այս արատավոր պրակտիկան շարունակվում է։
