«Ժողովուրդ». Արամ Ասատրյանին մշակույթի նախարարության որոշմամբ շնորհվել է գուսանի կոչում

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Մի քանի օր է` սոցիալական կայքերում լայն քննարկում է սկսվել Էջմիածնի ավագանու որոշումներից մեկի շուրջ, որով սուրբ քաղաքի Իսակով փողոցի հատվածը, ուր ապրել է երգիչ Արամ Ասատրյանը, պետք է կրի երգչի անունը:
Թեեւ յուրաքանչյուր էջմիածինցի այդ փողոցը վաղուց է Արամ Ասատրյանի անունով «կոչել», քանի որ ինչ-որ տեղ բացատրելիս ասում են՝ Արամ Ասատրյանի փողոցի կողքը եւ այլն: Բայց ամեն դեպքում տեսակետ կա, որ նա, լինելով ռաբիս երգիչ, իրավունք չունի իր անունով փողոց ունենալու: Իհարկե, յուրաքանչյուր տեսակետ գոյության իրավունք ունի, քանի որ վաղամեռիկ Արամ Ասատրյանի երգերը ե՛ւ ընկալվում ու սիրվում են հասարակության մի ստվար զանգվածի կողմից, ե՛ւ ենթարկվում քննադատության՝ ասոցացվելով անճաշակության հետ:
Բայց այս ողջ պատմության մեջ ուշագրավը պետության վերաբերմունքն է երգչի նկատմամբ: Թե պետական որ գերատեսչությունը ինչպիսի վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերում Արամ Ասատրյանի նկատմամբ, փորձել է պարզել «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը: Եվ այսպես՝ 2003 թվականի մարտի 3-ին Գլենդելում Արամ Ասատրյանի 50-ամյակի առիթով կազմակերպված խնջույքի ժամանակ ՀՀ մշակույթի, երիտասարդության հարցերի եւ սպորտի նախարարությունը հատուկ որոշմամբ Արամ Ասատրյանին շնորհել է «Ժողովրդական գուսան» կոչումը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ ժամանակ ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարը Ռոլանդ Շառոյանն էր, որը Պետական ֆիլհարմոնիայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Լաերտ Մովսիսյանին տվել էր իր կողմից կայացված «Ժողովրդական գուսան» որոշումը եւ գործուղել ԱՄՆ՝ կոչումը պատվով հանձնելու:
Այսպիսով, ստացվում է, որ մի կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կառավարության, այն է՝ մշակույթի նախարարության մակարդակով արժեւորում է տասնյակ երգեր հեղինակած Արամ Ասատրյանին՝ որպես գուսան, մյուս կողմից, սեթեւեթում, թե ինչպե՞ս է Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը կամ ավագանին նման «փիս» որոշում կայացրել»:
