Հայաստանը ՝ «գազային դիլլեր»-ի դերում

Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Իրանի դեմ կիրառվող պատժամիջոցների վերացումից հետո Հայաստանը լավ հնարավորություն է ստացել ընդլայնել իր համագործակցությունը ոչ միայն էլեկտրաէներգիայի, այլ նաև գազի ոլորտում:
Ինչպես գիտենք, Հայաստանի և Իրանի միջև համագործակցությունը եղել է գազ-էլեկտրաէներգիա փոխանակումների տեսքով։ Այլ կերպ ասած՝ Իրանը գազ է մատակարարում Հայաստանին, իսկ «Երևանի ՋԷԿ»-ում արտադրվում է էլեկտրաէներգիա և առաքվում Իրան։
Շուտով Հայաստանը կարող է հայտնվել «գազային դիլլեր»-ի դերում: Սպասվում է, որ էներգակիրների պարզ փոխանակումից Հայաստանն ու Իրանը կանցնեն նաև զուտ առևտրային հարաբերությունների: Խոսքը գնում է գազի առք ու վաճառքի մասին։
Ծրագիրը կյանքի կոչելու համար ամիսներ առաջ գործադիրը որոշում կայացրեց ստեղծել «Էներգաիմպեքս» պետական ընկերությունը, որին էլ վերապահվեց Իրանից գազի գնման և վաճառքի իրավունքները։
Գազի գնումն ունի ոչ այնքան ներքին սպառման, այլ ավելի շատ վաճառելու բնույթ: Խոսքը այս դեպքում գնում է Վրաստանի մասին, որը հետաքրքրված է իրականական գազով, և Հայաստանը նման կերպ կարող է դառնալ տարանցիկ պետություն:
Չմոռանանք, որ Իրանը Հայաստանին դիտարկում է որպես սեփական գազը Եվրոպա հասցնելու հիմնական տարանցիկ երկրներից մեկը և այս հնարավորությունը պետք է առավելագույնս օգտագործել:
