Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը պարզաբանել է, թե ինչու է հանձնաժողովը որոշում կայացրել սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ վերանայել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Ռոբերտ Նազարյանն ասաց, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինն այդ վերանայման արդյունքում կնվազի: «Համաձայն օրենքի՝ մենք սակագները վերանայելու իրավունք ունենք Õ �րկու դեպքում: Վերանայում ենք, եթե ունենք հայտ որևէ ընկերությունից կամ եթե մենք գտնում ենք, որ անհրաժեշտություն կա համակարգի ֆինանսական կայունությունն ապահովելու համար, մեր նախաձեռնությամբ սկսում ենք վերանայել: Եթե հիշում եք, 2014թ. մեր նախաձեռնությամբ սկսեցինք էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի վերանայում իրականացնել, և մեզ մեղադրում էին, թե ինչո՞ւ եք սկսել, եթե նման հայտ չկա, որովհետև այն ժամանակ գնում էր սակագների բարձրացում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Նազարյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ այս դեպքում ակնհայտ է, որ ջերմային կայաններին վաճառվող գազի գինը սահմանվում է 15 դոլարով ավելի ցածր, բնական է, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը ևս պետք է վերանայվի և համարժեք գնահատական տրվի: «Տվյալ պարագայում ակնհայտ է, որ հանձնաժողովը հակված է իջեցնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը»,- ընդգծեց Նազարյանը:
Հարցին, որքանո՞վ կնվազի էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը, Նազարյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես այս պահին կդժվարանամ այդ հարցին պատասխանել, որովհետև, բացի իմ նշած բաղադրիչից, մենք նաև նոր ֆինանսական տարի ենք սկսում: Այս ընթացքում եղել են նաև որոշակի ներդրումներ, որոնք մենք պետք է հաշվի առնենք: Բոլոր ընկերություններին արդեն ուղարկել ենք համապատասխան գրություն, որ սակագինը վերանայելու գործընթաց ենք սկսել և խնդրել ենք իրենց բոլոր խնդիրները ներկայացնեն մեզ, որպեսզի մենք հաշվարկ կատարենք և ճիշտ ազդակ հաղորդենք սակագնին»:
Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը հայտնեց, որ արդեն նոյեմբերի վերջին հստակ կունենան գազի սակագինը, որը գործողության մեջ կմտնի հունվարի 2017թ. -ից, իսկ դեկտեմբերի վերջին կլինի էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի մասին որոշումը, որը կգործի 2017թ.
